If this location doesn’t have the staff then it should drastically reduce hours. Something is forgotten every single time and the wait is typically 15+ minutes. The worst part is they don’t even communicate. They don’t explain that they’re short staffed or anything, they do not acknowledge how long you’ve been sitting there, and how are things missed anyway when they’re waiting so long for your food? The owners really need to evaluate this location because it is awful. I’ve never reviewed a McDonalds before because, well, it’s McDonalds. But this one is in a category all its own.

The manager at this location on January 20th at 9pm was super rude.
Customer’s should be allowed to ask for three extra sauces without feeling attacked. They got our order wrong then get mad when we asked for extra sauces then rudely said BYE.
If I go into that location I will definitely get her name and update my review.

An older gentleman went to the front to order, not knowing how to use the kiosk, and the staff sent him away in a rude tone. My buddy and I ended up helping this gentleman and there was not another word from the staff. extremely slow drive through and lobby, they had no reason to not help this man.

Genuinely so impressed. I came through the drive through after a long shift at 12am. A few cars were in the front of me but it went by so fast. the food was so amazing. Hot and seasoned so well. Biggest surprised was how nice everyone was, all had smiles on their faces which to me is very hard at 12am. Thank you McDonald’s!

I appreciate the horrible experience we had here as its a great reminder to not support disgusting companies like McDonald’s.
First, the employee handing out food was so mean. He was yelling at people who were picking up orders, treating them like scum of the earth. This shouldve been the red flag in which we left and went elsewhere.
It took over 20 minutes to get icecream cones and a mcflurry… I suspect it is because they have a very limited staff on hand to cut costs and increase profits. Despicable.
Lastly, they really cut corners to save profits. The mcflurry was 2/3 plain icecream and only 1/3 vanilla/oreo mix. At that point, you might as well buy a cone! We put add ins to the mcflurry and they gave a dime size of caramel for an upcharge. Pathetic–what a waste and joke of an experience and company.
Savd your body from unnecessary junk food and damage–eat at home. Even avoid icecream from here as the corporate greed is extremely apparent in quality, experience, and sizes….

One of the worst McDonald’s I have been too service took forever first off from ordering to receive the food. Then when we got are food everything was squashed to the point where everything on or burgers and chicken sandwich was squeezed out of them in my picture you can see what I’m talking about and there using old hard cheese I only live a few minutes away food was cold by time I got to my house! Will be contacting the manger if not corporate because 3.20 for a burger that has old cheese and squished is not far also the fries were really salt but didn’t mind I would not recommend going here during there night shift horrible experience!

Check your order before you leave. I ordered 2 sausage McGriddles and 1 sausage egg McMuffin and I received 1 bacon McGriddle 1 McMuffin and 1 sausage McMuffin. Also ordered 1 iced mocha and they put the wrong lid on it so the whip cream stuck to the lid and not in my drink. Order i received was totally different from what i ordered. So make sure you check before you leave!!!
