Took a DoorDash order from here tonight. Only saw 2 employees. It took them 11 minutes from the time I arrived to acknowledge I was there and 12 minutes to fulfill an order that had been placed probably 7 minutes before I arrived. So 19 minutes for “fast” food.
Oh and in that 12 minutes I was there they filled a whole 4 orders. 2 drive through, another door dash that came in after mine, and the one I was delivering.

I’ve lived in Kaysville basically my whole life so I can safely say I genuinely cannot remember the last time they got an order of mine right.
I’ll be honest, It’s not that big of a deal, It’s not gonna ruin my day or anything, but it is pretty funny and I do get a good laugh most times! Partially because I’m never ordering a lot either, it’s just like a single sandwich or something.
To be fair, I really don’t eat here that often, so maybe I’m the problem or I’m not clear enough on my order or something. Who knows.
Anyways, this is a very first world problem, and I do hope that this doesn’t cause any of the great employees who I’ve talked with any trouble! I just thought I would share since I got a prompt for a review! God bless! 🙂

so I was playin Roblox and got a sudden urge to get a sweet treat from that Mistical magical McDonald’s over yonder in magical Kaysville I arrived at 1 am and the worker asked what did I want it was so hard to decide but after careful consideration I decide to get a large fry, mcsoder, McFlurry 2 of them cuz why not. Then I went to Wendy and they had the audacity to tell me they were close when them lights were on…but then I forgot I want a mccokie so I went back and decide to get a Mistical cone and GUESS WHAT… WHAT?…Chicken butt ahahahahah no but really I got a 4 count bigget nugget and when I opened the baddie I count 5 hole nuggets… I couldn’t even be McMad about it. I got a free nuggettttt

we live in kaysville, so this is the closest mcdonald’s to us and we keep giving it chances, but the service and accuracy are terrible. my mom was given a cheeseburger with no hamburger patty at all, just the bun and toppings. that should never happen.
we clearly ordered two regular cokes and were given diet coke instead. it was supposedly fixed, but they still handed us diet coke. no one wants that if they didn’t ask for it. they are also extremely stingy and inconsistent with sauces. even when we request multiple, we usually get one, and the staff has attitudes about it. calling the store to fix issues is pointless because the employees are unprofessional and unhelpful.
this location needs better training, better communication, and better customer service.

I was swim but then 2 minute I mcflew back to the Kaysville mc ds. Why? Because remember that mcsoder I had last mcwednedfsy? Well guess what!!! “What!!!” My mouth was mc SALLTTYYY. Do I needed a mcsoder to help. Only Kaysville could help me now. But then I thought- ooh a micppie sound yum umm ummmy. Then guess what! WHAT?!?! Mcpinky pie at the Mc d.gave me not 1 not TWO NOT 6 but 4 mc pies. Isn’t that so mcwonderful! I had a Great mctime in the mclobby tonit. I want to give her mc6 stars but I can only give mc5 kind of mcmad about it but don’t worry one bit of that mcpie with my mcsoder drink and my mcmaddnes will mcfly away. This McDonald’s had forgotten at LEAST One thing in my meal for everytime I go for years this time it was DESSERTS 3 fricken cookies 2 apples pies I sepnt multiple dollars on that the woman at the window said I had everything she was WRONG i just wanted my desserts this McDonald’s has been ruining my day for years unfortunately I will be back be usde this is the only McDonald’s in my area the employees at this McDonald’s need to lock in and/or be retrained becuse i am SICK AND TIRED of this happingno wonder this McDonald’s has 3.1 stars I can see why please do better

I bought 5 double cheese burgers a few days ago and took them home to eat them,
I noticed that the first one had red’ raw meat in it. I didn’t think to much about it cause I was starving. The next day I ate another one and the meat in it was even more red. The next day I ate another one and took pics of it in Case I got really sick.
I threw the rest away. I never got sick but im surprised because the meat was so raw.
I expected McDonald’s to have higher standards than that but when you higher people that dont understand, its bound to happen. I won’t be going to that store as much as I used to out of an abundance of caution.

I see the reviews for this location isn’t great, so keep in mind that I only go before 1:00pm. This is hands down my favorite McDonalds location. I always get my food fast and the employees are always nice, especially Tracy, who always makes sure to say my name right and put my separate orders all in one bag. Sometimes the food quality goes down day to day, like sometimes the fries aren’t properly salted, but it’s never too major. They make their coffees good which is very hit or miss from location to location. Overall a very good location, and I come here every day for both school and work.
