Curbside has become a joke at this location. I placed my order at 9:41 according to the order screen. I arrived 5 minutes later and put in the stall I was in. At 9:55 still no food. Keep in mind the drive thru was not that backed up. I go in and ask where it is. I said it has been about 15 minutes. The lady argues with me so I show the app. Finally got my good at 9:58. I took a screenshot to show the time. Such a joke.

The fries were burnt, cool, an gross. The 2 apple pies were so over baked… the filling was gummy an hard to bite through, the pastey part was very hard.
Seeing as how breakfast had just ended… I highly suspect the food was from lastnight.
Since I was on a road trip I didnt go back an complain.
But I will NEVER go there again.
And for what they are charging these days, ill probably quit going there all together as there is better fresher foods available at that price point.

Went through the drive through with family as we are traveling on to Cali. The young lady who took our order was very patient and nice. The problem was that after we received our order and got back on the freeway well into our meals we discovered we were short part of our order. I called the store with the phone number on the receipt and what do you know it is not a working number. Had to go through google maps to get the correct number. The girl who answered refused to let me speak to the manager unless I wasted my time telling her what was wrong. Then when she decided she couldn’t help me advised she would pass me to the manager Lotoya. I shared with Lotoya yet again what was missing in my order and asked if she could refund me for said item. She said, “And how do you want me to do that if you are not here in person?” I said, “Well I provide my receipt number and you take that information and credit my credit card.” She stated she couldn’t do that and wouldn’t even know how to do it without me being there. Seriously, you’re a manager and you don’t have that training. She said, “ I had to wait and call back yet again on Monday at 8am when the store manager Micah would be there.” So they get my money don’t give my food and now I have to jump through hoops to get it back. Do better Lotoya and ask Micah to get you more training please or at the very least make sure orders are completed in their entirety.

Girl working front counter on Thursday January 29th could use serious manners. Walk up to place order and she does a five second yawn. Rude, then asks what did you want because she seemed out of it and didn’t hear me first time. Other than her it food was good, soda machine worked fine and place looked clean

I was working and about 7 miles from this Farmington Utah location when I used the App to make a breakfast order at 10:22Am.
I did not arrive at the restaurant until 10:34AM, and while I was driving the App cancelled my order.
I went inside the restaurant with my dilemma.
The staff was kind, helpful and understanding.
They remade my breakfast and did not charge me to acknowledge the inconvenience.
I ate inside the restaurant.
As he was leaving, the manager came by my table, shook my hand, and again expressed an apology for the inconvenience.
The restaurant was clean and the ambiance was pleasant.
A great experience this morning at this McDonald’s location when I was in a rush and running out of time, the Crew here made life a little easier.
I eat a lot of fast food in my busy on-the-go schedule, and I’m on the road a lot.
This location stands out as an exception to the rule, with a top notch Crew who showed this morning that it’s not always just about the money.
Today this Crew truly put the customer first.

One of the better Mcdonalds we go to. Generally the food is mostly more fresh, and the orders are generally more accurate. Again this is in comparison to other mcdonalds locations.
Speaking specifically to this location.
90% of the time it’s fresh, or at least not obviously old.
80% of the time the order is accurate, i.e. not missing anything.
Staff also seem a bit more kind than other locations.
Atmosphere also seems a bit better.

Drove up to place my order and the guy at the window for 1. Was rude didn’t even say hello. 2. When telling him I needed a minute never came back to take my order. We were sitting waiting for someone to come back but no one helped us. But they did help the cars in the line next to us and the car behind us when we drove away. Definitely a shitty McDonald’s to go to would not recommend.

I went through the drive through and they didn’t repeat my order or tell me the price and were unhelpful overall. When I got to the window and asked them to repeat my order they got most of it wrong, but they were nice and didn’t seem to mind. I got out the drive though and opened my 4 piece nugget to see one singular cold nugget. My Big Mac was also very salty, would not recommend.

My wife simply asked the drive thru people to read her order back to her bc the screen wasn’t working. They acted like children, how could they be bothered with such a task…? Then when she got to the window she asked again, only for the 2 women to laugh at my wife and speak Spanish to each other. Very rude and uncalled for. Then of course, our food sucked… this was a “medium fry” we got 2 of those and who knows how much spit or other nasty crap in our food and drinks… bye won’t be back.

If you want a meal that is fresh and hasn’t been sitting around, just skip over this location and go to Layton or Bountiful. Service is terrible. I’ve ordered 3 breakfast meals from here. Each one has been dry an hard expect for the hash browns. Those were good. My last order had three things wrong with it. How does that even happen. I’m done with this place.
