First off, whoever took my order was not listening to what I was saying so I had to repeat myself several times before she finally got it. When I got up to the window to pick up my food I seen an employee’s drink sitting in the service area. It’s extremely unprofessional and against food safety standards to have a drink in the service or food prep area. After all of that when I got home I found out that they didn’t give me a hot and spicy patty like I wanted they gave me a Quarter pound patty. When I tried to call, nobody answered the phone. 0 stars if I could.

Ordered a Big Mac meal, 2 double filet-o- fish meals, 2 happy meals with chicken nuggets, and 4 of the new holiday pies. When I looked at the order board, I saw an extra 4 piece nugget. I didn’t mind the extra nuggets, but instead of the holiday pies, I got the strawberry cream ones. Surprisingly, the large fries were actual FULL, but they were too salty and cold. Other than that, everything else was good.

One of the better mcdonalds. I enjoy the drive thru wateful. I mean it’s mcdonalds, expectations have to be low. But if you can get it fresh, it’s a drastic difference. Favorite is the spicy mcchicken, mcdouble, and fries. Their coke is also great.

I don’t think this is the employee’s fault, but the drive-thru microphone is really bad. They can’t hear orders clearly. I’ve had to repeat myself multiple times on different visits and still received the wrong order. Management should look into fixing the headset or speaker system.

They forgot the patty on my McChicken. When I went back to ask for them to remake it, they forced me to give them the messed up order back, even though I informed them that 1) that is against food safety and 2) I WANTED TO KEEP IT. I am seriously disgusted. Don’t come here if you want food that hasn’t touched customers hands.

I’ve visited this location many times, and so have other members of my family. While the food is slightly below the standard of other McDonald’s in the area, it’s still decent. However, we’ve repeatedly experienced unprofessional and discriminatory behavior from a particular employee who takes orders at the front counter. On multiple occasions, this worker has treated my father and me disrespectfully, questioning our English skills and suggesting we “need Spanish,” despite the fact that my dad speaks English just fine though it’s not his first language and I’m a native English speaker. I was born here in the U.S., speak fluent English without an accent, and have never encountered such issues elsewhere. This behavior feels targeted and unfair. For those who value respectful service, I would recommend avoiding this location, especially if you are concerned about being judged or mistreated, as that certainly will happen if that worker is around. I’m 16 yet I’m the one who was acting more sensible than an adult who was working here, I think that really says something about their service.

I will not be going back to this McDonald’s . The gal who took my order was very short and rude in taking my order. I asked for my hamburger to not have pickles and they wrapped my bun in pickles to be rude I guess they thought that was funny. I have an allergy to them. So I was not able to eat it. My food was cold and they threw my bag at me. I am not sure why they thought that was necessary. Poor service and rude staff. Very disappointing.

I am really surprised how poorly run it is. The i15 traffic is so loud in the drive through lane that they can not hear your order and you can’t hear their response. Maybe a partition wall on the right side of the drive through lane at the speaker would block the sound. I literally said my order loud and clear 4x, 10 chicken nuggets, no sauce. The pay window clerk has trouble as well and an attitude problem. I was asked what I ordered. I told her, 10 chicken nuggets, no sauce and she walked away. Came back and said did you already order. I had to drive away since it seemed contagious and likely poisonous. Best to order online if it works. But never go inside to order because the kiosks are too weird and the counter has no one working the register so you are forced to try to use the kiosks. The chicken nuggets are unhealthy anyway. The employees are from another country and do not speak our language.
