You know we went through the drive through today 07/24/2023 at 5 pm and we had a really good interaction with your drive thru attendant Jordan. We weren’t sure what to order (because of our kids) and Jordan the drive through guy was patient and he wasn’t hurrying us. He was very kind and understanding. He took our payment and was still very kind and pleasant.

Honestly, this place is fantastic. Best McDonalds I’ve ever seen. Everyone has a smile and is super friendly, there’s one guy in particular with the kindest attitude but I don’t know his name, just the fact he’s always beaming. Super fast, super friendly, a model for all McDonalds. They must have amazing management to be able to produce this quality.

Placed mobile order to be picked up curbside. We got there, checked in, and waited. We watched multiple drive-thru customers pull up to wait for their order, get served, and move on their way. While we waited, another pickup customer pulled up next to us, waited, got their order, and left happy. I went inside to check the status on our order, and was told it was nearly ready, and would be out shortly. I went back to my car and waited another 10 minutes while more drive-thru customers were pulled forward, served, and left, and other mobile pick up customers received the same prompt treatment. I finally went back inside to check on the order again, and the person behind the counter went and grabbed half of the order and handed it to me, then started to walk away. I asked for the rest of the order, and asked what the holdup had been. They gave me the food and just walked off without answering my inquiry. When I commented that we’d waited over 20 minutes for our order, the only response I got was “Okay.”

I order from here often but they can never get the order right and tonight they didn’t even try. I ordered a spicy deluxe crispy chicken combo with a 6 piece nugget with buffalo sauce. When my order arrived all I got was a 4 piece with BBQ sauce.

Honestly the worst McDonalds I have ever been too. I have used this place because it is close to where I live so I have the convenience to walk over to eat. Every single time I go something is ruined completely. Once I bought a spicy crispy chicken and they gave me two mcchicken patties in a potato bun. The other day I got a quarter pounder with cheese and for some reason got a clump of baconin the center which my religion prohibits it ruined my meal. I have worked at McDonald’s as im sure plenty of people have and this one has to be the worst run one. Who is running the line here! 0 out of five stars do not recommend!!!
