Food and coffee is usually good, service is normally great and atmosphere loud but you can still talk. But lately drive thru has been a hit and miss when ordering. Usually drive thru is fine. Recently I had to run back in store and get items forgotten. Then again, got home and found out all the happy meals were missing their juices. But I am giving them a pass since I happen to be coming thru drive thru the busiest time of day and normally the drive thru is fine.

Went tonight and ordered through the app-like I always do- two cheeseburger meal, plain. Both literally have tickets saying only ketchup and they both came with all the fixings. This is actually unacceptable, if your employees cannot read a ticket correctly they do not need to be employed. And with the weather conditions lately, it’s even more unacceptable.

Beware! I ordered a big breakfast at the drive thru 20 mins ago, and there were no hotcakes in it. So, I basically got a sausage, egg biscuit meal for $8.00. It was given to me by the girl with dyed red hair, and I should have known by the look on her face when she handed it to me. I guess I have to be the jerk that holds up the line while I double check my order from now on.

I waited over 10 minutes for my food and when I asked the guy who brought me my food why it took so long he rolled his eyes and “apologized”…he clearly couldn’t care less. Very sorry excuse for an employee. Very disappointed.

Very rude and as soon as I went in there they gave me glares and looks my fries were cold and nasty and I went to go get water at there machine also and they had no water you have to ask for water that’s outrageous!! Please do no make the mistake I did and go there horrible services!!

I ordered a egg, cheese and ham bagel and whatever greenish sauce they put on it was so disgusting and it was all over the place. I couldn’t even eat it. I also ordered 2 egg, cheese sausage mcmuffins and they forgot the egg!

More priority on the drive thru than any other area and it is BS. I placed my pick up order and then sat and waited for my food for over 15 minutes when they already had 5 before that to prepare it before I got there. 20 minutes is way too long for someone who chooses curbside because they don’t want to be stuck in the drive thru. Never coming back

I’ve never been disappointed in any McDonald’s that I have gone to. The food is always, good, freshly made and hot. The premises are always clean and the staff are always very professional, kind and food is always served with a smile!
