McDonald’s built its empire on consistency. You always knew what you were going to get. Apparently, not anymore.
I ordered one of the new breakfast bagel sandwiches and was genuinely shocked at how bad it was. It wasn’t just sloppy, it was drenched in an unholy glob of sauce that turned the whole thing into a soggy, greasy mess. I took a second bite just to confirm it wasn’t a fluke. It wasn’t. It was borderline inedible.
I don’t usually return food. But this went back to the window. Instead of a simple apology and refund, I was met with attitude from the manager, as if I’d committed a crime by expecting basic quality.
I emailed the owner. Silence.
I contacted corporate. Indifference.
For a company that once defined customer service and operational excellence, this location feels careless and poorly managed. The food was bad. The response was worse. The follow-through nonexistent. This is not the McDonald’s I grew up with, the one that prided itself on consistency and service. I won’t be returning to this location, and experiences like this make it harder to justify going to any of them.

Accidentally gave me Mc sausage biscuits instead of my ordered suasage mcmuffins but they we’re so kind and friendly fixed it right away and made them fresh just to be extra about it. They probably got mixed up with so many orders coming in so fast the line was stacked going thru drivethru. Manager was kind and efficient in fixing my order. Love this crew.

Went to the Drive Thru to get two Dr. Pepper drinks knowing the Monopoly game is currently going on. They tried giving me cups without the game pieces and when I asked why this happens each time I try to get the game pieces they they had “ran out” then when I asked for a refund they magically had more Monopoly game cups. Not sure if there is a good reason behind this but when they asked if I still wanted a refund I just asked them to stop lying to customers that they know paid to play the game.
Went through tonight and got a meal for my family again large drink paid for didnt have the Monopoly game pieces and was told they think they just ran out.. very curious how this store doesn’t have cups for the Monopoly game.

Got my fries, they were a little cool and mushy and didn’t taste fresh. Took it back up and told them they just didn’t taste fresh or right. The lady working seemed annoyed by this. Snatched the fries off the tray and said they were just made. and walked away to replace the order. They were not just made they were sitting under a heat lamp. The replaced fries were good but the customer service was not.
