I had ordered three shakes, guy taking my order confirmed back to me three shakes. Upon receiving my order the man at the window only gave me two and after asking him politely if there was supposed to be a third he got angry and told me that I only ordered two. He told me in an aggressive voice “If you want another you can pull around and pay for it. Im not giving you one.” He was probably mid 20’s with arm tattoos. Never felt disrespected like that before and will not be returning.

Troy road McDonald’s, Moscow Idaho. Got a pie that was cold like from the refrigerator.. went back and told them and they gave me one slightly warmer like maybe almost room temp.. I asked where they got the first pie and they said “off the top of the oven, might have been there like 5 min. ” This place needs to be watched by corporate and health department for food safety. Neither pie had a time stamp on it either, so they aren’t following proper McDonald’s food handling. Also I would like my money back. I shouldn’t have to pay for mishandled food.

Ordered 2 McChikens at the drive thru with pickles and onions. Got home. Opened the bag. There were 2 McChikens with just ketchup on them. Whatever. (Even tho drive thru screen had order right, I assumed it was an honest mistake tho). Bit into a McChicken. . . It was a spicy sauce. I had to throw them away. Makes me think it was done on purpose. Ordered this a couple minutes at 7pm on January 28, 2023.
