I am install number 3 I pre-ordered as soon as I got here unlike normally I was unable to select my style it just said you’ve arrived come get your food all doors are locked and I’m watching person after person come up to the front doors over and over again the line is longer than I’ve ever seen it before and I can only assume after sitting here for 10 minutes that my food is cold because it said it was ready a long time ago and now I have to go after watch go through the drive-thru after watching person after person Drive up and then come up to the window go up try to go inside what a joke I am utterly disappointed! There is no notification on the app nothing saying that I was going to have to wait for 15 to 25 minutes after I got to the place when I pre-ordered my food this is I am just totally not ever going to do this again

Usually not the worst McDonald’s, forgets the sauce and what not. But you have to be kidding me? My big Mac just completely disassembled in the box? Another one of my burgers just smashed in the wrapper and cheese running out onto my other items. I used my rewards points for a burger they couldn’t even put together. Absolutely ridiculous. They weren’t even busy.

EVERY single time we come to this McDonald’s specifically, there is always something wrong, literally every. Single. Time. Either no drink, wrong size drink, no fries, or even giving us the WRONG sandwiches multiple times. The service isn’t that great either. You guys seem lazy, it seems poorly ran and like you guys don’t really care for the quality of food or service. Today they almost forgot our drink we had to wait at the window till they opened it again, and then here’s my sandwich with everything half on it. Super slow, messes up our orders, have to sit an extra 15-20 minutes when arriving for the order to be ready when we ordered ahead. We’ve been here a few times and it’s always a disaster. Save your time and just drive to the next closest one, I have no idea what is wrong with this location.

Mc Donald’s is a mainstay in every small town or big city.. Why is that?? It should be for it’s great burgers right? I love a Big Mac every so often… McDonald’s have really upped their menu items. It is constantly changing, which I like. What kid doesn’t want a happy meal? The chicken nuggets are always a hit with my grandson. Their coffee items are fabulous and a lot cheaper than the other coffee joints that are everywhere. You gotta try their caramel sundaes.. scrumptious!

Purchased breakfast with my app and had the items brought out to curbside. I looked in the bag to make sure my order was correct and then went on my way. By the time I grabbed my “egg McMuffin” and took a bite, it was not an egg McMuffin. There was egg and cheese and about half of a slice of bacon. Regular bacon not Canadian. It was awful.

Just ordered food for my family and I in the drive through. I have kids and a wife waiting at home and I was hurrying to get home so I picked up something quick. Didn’t check my bags. But I was missing a big Mac and literally half of my large fry. I dont know why I even bother everytime I go to this location theres something. Never a full thing of fries wrong drink sandwiches missing. I just dont understand

They forgot 2 hashbrowns and gave me a biscut instead of mcgriddle and it took a good 5 mins to get someones attention thankfully the crew members care becuase the managers don’t.
