I go to this McDonald’s regularly. The drive-through is definitely better than the ordering inside experience. Sometimes I have a trailer though, and have to go inside to place my order. Inside, the service inside is very slow. I see a lot of people go through the drive-through and complete their order long before I get mine. The fries are often cold and the special orders are often wrong. The people are nice, so there’s that. There’s another McDonald’s about a mile and a half to the north east of this one… And they are five stars.

I took my family there today and it was the filthiest McDonald’s we’ve ever visited. There are areas that look like they haven’t been cleaned in months, if ever. The whole place felt grimy, especially the kids’ side. Whoever owns this location should go see for themselves, and hopefully after feeling disgusted and embarrassed they’ll feel compelled to do something about it. It’s too bad because this is the nearest indoor play place to us, but I don’t think we’ll be back. It was way too unsanitary for my kids. Plenty of other options.

Staff was very nice but a few things 1. There is no fountain for drinks you have to ask for a refill which is fine but they use a whole new cup 2. It was very dirty in the kids place and the loud kids no much you can do about that.

Best McDonald’s in Idaho! Okay, it was the only McDonald’s I ran to from my hotel every morning to get breakfast. Great location. Super fast service friendly service with a smile. Once I had placed the mobile order, the order was ready when I opened the door.

This Mc Donald’s has great customer service. The restaurant is clean and the bathrooms are taken care of. The time spent in the drive thru is minimal. Use the app for quicker service and to get some good deals

Now I don’t know if I received the customer service the way I did because I’m a former employee or because they were tired and wanted to go home. However I don’t think this is company standards for correcting a messed up order. I ordered a big Mac sub seaseme bun no pickle, after taking the first bite I noticed there was one patty on a large bun overloaded with lettuce. It’s cool I go back to get it corrected and they slap an old dry patty in a small box and say here’s your patty before walking away. Needless to say I will no longer be going in in the evenings.

You guys literally are the worst McDonald’s. U ALWAYS mess up our orders. And today not only did I get ICE cold fries but does this look like a Big Mac to you? Come on! I will never be coming back to this McDonalds. I will also spread the word about how awful u are and how your employees also look like they don’t know what a shower looks like.
