No ketchup except in little packs. Girl at the front counter/ register very nice. Fries were good. The burger gave me an upset stomach. Had to eat some tums later. I think it’s their beef. Probably won’t be repeating the hamburger. Plus weirdo parked out front couldn’t take his eyes off of me entire time I’m eating,talking on phone,or finally walking out and getting into my car. I may be single but that doesn’t mean I’m thinking about turning gay. Not that there is anything wrong with being gay! Ok.

Served very fast! Ordered items without onions and no salt fries so everything was fresh and hot. We always do this so fries are hot and only use salt to taste as the ketchup is very salty. But you choose what yo want or need for health purposes or other

Went to this location for breakfast and placed order from drive thru. Upon getting my food they gave me the wrong food which wasn’t a big deal. I pulled back around and asked for my order. They gave me the rest of my burritos. When I got home I pulled the food out and they gave me the wrong breakfast sandwiches. Upon unwrapping the burritos the paper was stuck to the burrito on all 4 burrito. The tortillas were like a rock. They Definitely could use some guidance from management to help Improve.

Went through the drive thru. They asked me to park in stall #1. Before I parked i asked if they can add sweet and sour sauce to my order. They replied that they will. Waited for my food in stall #1. Young blonde lady brought my food out to me. I looked in the bag and and realized they did not add sweet and sour sauce. I asked her if I could have some.She told me No. And then walked away from me. I asked again and she completely ignored me, continuing to walk away from me. Well, I got out of my car and I followed her inside. I then overheard her telling another staff that I was being rude to her? Asking for sauce is not being rude. I am a paying customer.I deserve respect. Just like she deserves respect, which I gave her. I am beyond pissed at her behavior. McDonald’s PLEASE give more training to your staff. Whats the point of a drive thru if they can’t get a simple order correct. Hoping to hear back from a manager. I think that employee needs an attitude adjustment.

This McDonald’s was very dirty and it is coupled with a gas station which I never find appealing.
Combos like this strike me as cheap and dirty, cut-rate and never seem to be taken care of quite as nice as a stand-alone facility
Over 50% of the tables were dirty floors were dirty and there was nowhere clean to sit.
We watched a single mom with several children come in and have to clean the space before she would sit her children down and go make an order.
Well, the food was good the service behind the counter was poor except for the manager he was moving like he had a purpose and had a smile on his face so that was good to see.
But overall this was a very dirty unpleasant McDonald’s to visit.

They ran out of ketchup packets today at 1135am. Just annoyed. The ketchup depspensor hasn’t worked for several months. The right ice machine hasn’t worked for the same amount of time. Makes me wonder if the managers are doing their daily checks. What other things are they missing. I just want better for Meridian.

I’m extremely upset that I just spent 30 dollars on food that we couldn’t eat , I waited literally at the window for 15 minutes before anyone even opened it and been in line for almost 20 minutes for 2 cars in front of me , got my food and the bag was small , had to go through my food to discover I’m missing 2 burgers … So now my foods already cold fries everything… Have to go in to get the rest of my food , thank God I looked before driving off … Finally get all my food and get home and everything is just disgusting cold , nobody wanted to eat the undercooked fries … What a waste of money and time just to basically throw my gross undercooked cold food away … Every time my family comes to this mcds it’s a total disaster and a waste of money … Very low standard at this restaurant. . I’m absolutely disgusted I paid for unedible food… Thanks again for basically ripping me off … Not only did I wait in line for a half an hour with 2 cars , I went home with absolute wasted food … I feel like my time and money were just stolen from me , not mention my dinner with My family… Thanks for nothing
