I usually really like this location but lately except for a few exceptional employees in the later parts of the day I feel like the ball keeps getting dropped here in the afternoon times. Between soggy fries and the latest of my drink being given to me like pictured below (I did not take a single sip of this) I feel like I should start avoiding this location especially for their lunch team. Your evening team is exceptional and friendly and always makes sure that if they end short on something to make it right. But something about the lunch team may need fixing ❤️

First of all, I’d give the staff (the younger kids busting their butts) 4-5 stars. The younger kids typically running the lobby and behind the register are great. However, the incompetent, rude and terrible manager is why I’m giving 1 star. Would give 0 if I could. He’s a micromanager and treats his staff terrible. He was working tonight. Not sure of his name but I have a feeling that’s irrelevant because I’m sure if you ask your staff hes the one they dred coming into the shift with. He’s always talking rude to his employees treating them terrible talking down to them and scolding them whenever they get somethimg wrong or if by god they give someone a water cup or some sauces that they ask for. The morale is ALWAYS down every time we go in there and he is working. Not to mention every time hes working the orders are always slow, cold and incorrect. Probably because his employees are always looking over their shoulder for him to be right up their butts. We’ve come in A lot over the last 2 years and it never fails when hes working it’s issue after issue. Witnessed 3 of them tonight while we were there, including ours and oddly enough we all agreed that one person was the issue… I will say that when we come in and hes not there, everyone is in a way better mood, more laid back and the orders come out on time and correct with great attitude and help. I understand that it’s hard to keep people in the fast food industry, but if one of my managers treated their employees that way they’d be out the door. Keeping a body there isn’t always the right move when they’re such a cancer to the team. Tonight was our last night coming into this McDonald’s which is sad because we love supporting local restaurants and fast food joints. We spend no less than $40-60 every time we come in. Hope you’re able to get your problem fixed so less people get the unfortunate task of having to deal with him and the employees can breathe for once!

The food is great, the service is usually good, but one of the manager is so bad he would’nt even let us get sauce unless we doordashed it? Very weird for when it gives us the option to get 10 sauces for free and he would only give us 2. So not bad just that one manager is why I am giving one star.

I dont eat McDonald’s weekly a couple times a month maybe.
Food- I ordered a Double Quarter Pounder Deluxe meal and an additional Large Fry. The Hamburger was 5/10 under seasoned I think. Sorta bland, and I added all the usual to for a burger. The fries are 8/10 while they are hot to warm with ranch and sweet and sour sauce. If the burgers aren’t good I consider these burgers should be less money.
Atmosphere- almost non-existant, nobody in the front but nice interior atleast.

Ordered through the app for delivery did not receive all my food. They did offer me to come into the store and get my already paid for food for free. I have a sick child at home with a 102 fever there was a reason for the delivery now the food I am missing is for my sick child

The restaurant is fine, but orders from the mobile app have not been working for the past week or two. When trying to check out, the app says “ this restaurant can’t take your order right now” or “this restaurant is about to close” if placing an order around 6pm. Other McDonald’s in the area are functioning normally and a few friends have confirmed that the Kuna location is not working for them either. Something is wrong with this location’s time on the app or something.

I will not be ordering here until mobile orders are available again.

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had problems with your darn mobile app and thank goodness to the worker who’s expediting the orders is she is completely awesome.. she was able to completely fix my order out of memory because the app would not let me customize my food diet restrictions. I am not happy with corporate McDonald’s at all and I really appreciate your workers.

I ordered a cheeseburger happy meal with extra fries and I got a 4 piece nugget and apple slices. I am very disappointed in the service. I will not eat there again.

There was a fried bug in my food and the managers were hostile with me about getting a replacement. a few days ago i came in here to fix and order they messed up and they were hostile as well. this place is so badly run and unsanitary. there are bugs in the food and they act like its my fault. you cant have bugs in the food and act like that isnt a problem like im just an irritated customer. THERE WAS BUGS IN THE FOOD!!
