Stopped for a Grinch meal, they were gone but still had the Grinch Salt. We tried it, my kids thought it was fun. The manager was engaged and came out to check on us. Great customer service.

Ordered a medium frappe, got it in a broken cup, so we swung back around to get a new cup. Instead of just giving us a new cup right there we had to pull around and wait for them to poor it into a small cup and wrap a medium around it. The lady at the window said I would be getting a new one, so that’s why I had to pull around, but clearly that did not happen and I still had to wait around on them while they had only one other car in the drive through that was behind me before.

Waited at the pickup window for 30+ minutes, had to call to remind them we were out there, they then brought us our food. I look in the bag and were missing fries so I had to go inside and wait longer. My sandwich is bone dry. Truly lucky the manager was nice and gave us an extra pie. But probably won’t be back

This is just stupid I even drove 10 more mins to go to this one but the staff Anna was quite rude I asked for a substitute the small for the McChicken meals into a medium and said she couldn’t do that so I say okay that’s fine but when I pull up to the window she tells me she’s out of small cups BUT TELL ME WHY SHE DIDNT JUST FILL IT UP ITS ALL THE SAME PRICE! I’m so tired of these workers like just fill up the cup, stingy people also got our food cold but took forever to get it WE WERE THE ONLY ONES THERE I can’t with these McDonalds people anymore!!! I want what i pay for!

Drive through service was great! And having a simple menu of things they have makes this a great roadtrip stop. And now that the mother ship has added the daily double meal there is a simple option for my favorite burger!!!

Ordered delivery and was extremely disappointed in the food from this location! The pie had been sitting for hours so dry and flavorless. My sundae was an entire cup of Caramel with about a tablespoon of ice cream. The cookies we ordered tasted off as well. Overall awful experience.

They make me wait 20mins at curbside finally after 15mins they come out with it and they are missing a fillet of fish. I come inside to get the missing fillet of fish and they have no one talking to the customers in the lobby. Maybe understaffed but common sense to take care of all customers and not just worry about drive thru all the time.

HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. Today our order was done wrong twice. Staff other than one lady very unhelpful. Food quality was horrible. Butter was frozen solid so couldn’t use it, pancakes and eggs weren’t hot, hash browns were old and hard with no salt, and the egg was like rubber.

The worst mcdonald’s in the treasure valley.They have a male manager that is horribly mean all of the girl workers are terrible and snotty. I’ve seen them touch the food with their bare hands. I know mcdonald’s isn’t the cleanest restaurant.But this is by far the worst mcdonald’s.I’ve ever been to in idaho. I can’t believe how incredibly rude they are.As well as how much they continue to try to scam everyone i asked for sauce and they said they had to charge me for a large drink or I couldn’t have any.
