The store is fairly new and clean. Walk-in, drive-thru where you can order at the kiosks in the lobby. It seemed like they had a rough start when they first opened last year but seem to be up to speed with a good staff. Use the McDonald’s app and use the deals offered if possible!

So I ask for extra caramel at the bottom of the cup, not the sides. They applied on sides ignoring my request. So as I drank it down, caramel remained on the sides. So with straw I was moving caramel to bottom. With the movement of the straw, the cup tiped over, and ice coffee spilled on my $800 suit and on my $500 Jordan’s shoes. The upsetting part was that they wanted to charge me for another ice coffee when I requested it. Very disappointing. Will never return there, nor will my family.

Very fast service at this location. They never miss. Anytime there is a small error they fix it without fuss. Theres an employee that works inside the lobby and shes such a sweetheart. She brings my son an extra toy and always is so respectful. Bless her.

The flies in the dining area are out of control. You can’t sit inside without having half a dozen flies swarming you. It has been this way for a while now and management/owners are doing nothing to mitigate the problem.

4 times in a week I have stopped to try and get a sweet tea before 10pm and this location is CONSTANTLY out!! I don’t understand this at all and it’s very annoying. Guess I will just have to continue to give a different restaurant my money.

Bad customer service on drive thru. and a lecture from the night manager. The night manager and employee need better training or fired. I’ve worked at McDonalds before and we where better trained than either of these employees, train them better or get someone in there that knows their stuff. That includes tge night manager in customer service.

What a cool place to eat, especially on a nice warm sunny day. The shakes are really good. To be honest, the burger was salty, and the spicy sauce on the spicy chicken sandwich was just not good.
