The past few times I’ve been at this location they had me pull to the front to wait for my order. Then don’t even have the decency to bring anything fresh Frye are always cold and soggy. This has to be the worst location to get food at I’d say go over to the one off the freeway if you want your food fresh because this location will give you anything but that. They also don’t ever make my sandwich right not only is the bread burnt but it’s COVERED in onions. I waited out from by for cold fries & the wrong food

What an awful experience. My order was wrong They forgot the French fries and the quarter pound with cheese so my daughter didn’t get her meal at all When I got home i called back ask for the manager who used cusswords at me and told me to come back with the receipt which we did. When we got there she told me to bring our entire order back well we had eaten the 2 items that they did get right while they were still warm and she said without bringing the entire order back she couldn’t help us. I had the receipt in my hand. Why would I drive all the way back to McDonald’s from my house to get my French fries and a hamburger they forgot? Ridiculous I have nothing good to say about this restaurant. I encourage everyone to go someplace else.

I ordered online. They messed up my entire order, and forgot half of it. I paid for 20 nuggets, got 18. I paid for a Sunday for 5 dollars and got a little cup with 3 spoonfuls of ice-cream. Embarrassing. I asked for 2 large fries. They forgot them somehow. When I received them, they had no salt. Also, I am allergic to pickles. I asked for a plain chicken sandwich and it reeked of pickles as if a worker realized last second and threw the pickles off the chicken. I’ve worked fast food and I assumed you weren’t supposed to do that for that exact reason, allergies. They also forgot all my sauces but go figure. Teens working fast food ig.

NEVER seem to get an order right. Like ever. Do you not check? We got the drink but not the meal. They are rude when you call. Absolutely ridiculous. My husband went back to get another meal so our kid had food and they messed that up too! They ask if you want sauces and still don’t give them to you. Why even ask?? I Remember when the Big Mac was good! The only thing I like at McDonalds any more is breakfast and almost every time I order a Hot Carmel Mocha it’s watered down and tasteless so I have up on them which was of my fav coffees.
