I normally dont have too many problems with the customer service here, sometimes there’s something that’s a bit frustrating but usually nothing big. That was until whoever the lady was who handed me my food at 10:32 this morning. When she opened the windows she said something I assume what my order was to see if it was mine but I didnt hear her properly so I asked “what?” Which can maybe be taken as rude but I dont think I sounded rude at all, I just didnt hear her. Then I told her I got the big breakfast and she rudely said “yeah thats what I asked”. And then shut the window in my face. I get that its the morning and you guys are busy but being mad at a customer who literally didnt do anything is pretty uncalled for, I would have spoken up and gotten her name if she didnt shut the window in my face, I’m sure she does that to other people too because she knows shes being rude and people will say something about it. And I could have waited for her to come back but I’m not that petty. Step up the customer service McDonald’s the least you can do is not have someone slam a window in my face.
Also my eggs tasted like water. And the water from the eggs got on my biscuit and the bottom of it was greasy not the greatest experience, I guess there is a reason I dont come here in the morning

Had a bad experience with the store. I ordered at 11:25 online, paid for it and then went to the store to just pick it up and ended up with my order at 1. First I went inside to pickup and was told it wasn’t ready that the order didn’t exist when I was already charged and the app said it was ready to be picked up, went back to doble check my order and make sure it was already and again was told it didn’t exist. Couldn’t cancel it because it was supposed to be “ready “.Had to get at the window and speak with someone else and get told that it was ready but the just didn’t have an item and had to change it. Ended up with a cold meal and eating late. Honestly I don’t think I would go back to that place.

This location is normally very good. But, my last visit was underwhelming. I go for the breakfast meals and this time my sandwich wasn’t hot and the hash browns were gross. They were room temperature and soggy with grease. They had no crispy exterior like they normally do. Hopefully it was just a one off thing.

We go to this McDonald’s every Friday after school for my kids. The only issue i have is we always ask for sweet and sour for my kids Chicken nuggets and we rarely get it. I even asking its in the bag and it not there. Kinda frustrating.

Every time I do take out or delivery, I am either missing an item or my food is cold or they completely mess up the whole meal, the teenagers need to pay more attention to their orders for the customers. Shouldn’t have this happen every single time, will be going to a different McDonald’s from now on.

Took my kiddo to McDonald’s to play and have lunch. Lunch was good and fresh, but it was soooooo cold it made it unenjoyable. Employees and customers in coats. Another lady in the play area bundled up with her hood on. Plus, something making a loud beep sound perhaps a faulty alarm, I’m unsure. Either way turn up the dang heat and check the alarms. I asked a customer service individual if the heater was broken and she just said, I don’t know. Oh and we were missing a Coke and it was too much of a hassle to get a new one with the line and one person working a register.

I am incredibly disappointed with this being my 3rd visit in a row with missing large order items. Today I was missing my double quarter pounder with cheese which means the remainder on my meal was fries and a drink. I should not have to empty out my bags of food in the car to confirm every item. I attempted to call the stores number to talk to a manager and the number take me to ” Verizon wireless customer can not accept your call at this time” I am unable to leave a voicemail. I will not be eating at McDonald’s again. I can’t imagine how many customers are missing items throughout the day and dont say anything while this company is getting away with stealing from its customers 1 order at a time.
UPDATE: its been over 2 months after reaching out to there customer care team with absolutely no response .

I’d give my experience a half star. I arrived around 8:15-8:20ish to order some dinner, it was busy so I wasn’t too surprised with how long it took for them to bring my order ( nevermind the history of them taking forever ), but 30ish minutes later, a customer came up to other cars telling us that their systems are down and how they locked the door.
Upon addressing this to staff, one customer expressed it seemed like a good majority of staff there didn’t care for the issue and was impossible to issue a refund through their app. I’m guessing the manager said that we’d get our food in the morning.. like really? Who’s going to want dinner food for breakfast?
Basically anyone who ordered prior to the systems not working got their food. Not blaming the staff for the technical issues but definitely could’ve done a better job at telling people they can’t take orders and assisted in issuing refunds.

Sharon in leadership is very snippy and will give sassy retort when approached. Any curb side pick up and or delivery orders are not any priority during any time of the day as they do not impact drive through times. Rude and dirty establishment. Disgusting.

Update: definitely still a disappointment coming to this location. Doesn’t matter if you go through the drive thru or inside, something is always wrong with your order. If its not forgetting an item or sauce, 3/4 full cold fries or a totally messy custom burger – the lovely F bombs from the crew while dining inside is the cherry on top.(2/28/2026) Took forever to get to place my order only to be entered wrong, tried to correct it at the speaker to be told it can be fixed at the window. Then was parked for over 20 minutes waiting for my order to be brought out. Definitely not organized.
