I had a surprisingly great experience at McDonald’s in Rexburg. Compared to other locations, this one is definitely on the higher end. The service was quick and efficient, and the staff was probably the friendliest I’ve ever encountered — especially considering the late hour we visited.
Their positive attitude and welcoming demeanor made the experience far more enjoyable than I ever expected a McDonald’s visit to be. Definitely one of the better locations I’ve been to.

Thought McDonald’s was supposed to be fast food think again. If you’re looking for fast food dont go here even your normal sit down restaurant would be quicker than this McDonald’s was passing through after a sporting event and stopped for a later dinner (wasn’t even dinner rush hour) after approximately 25 to 30 minutes after placing our order we finally got our food well at least part of it they forgot our drinks even then the food was thrown together looked like a tornado or hurricane went through and however the meat and buns and toppings landed was how it was presented,food temperature needs improvement. The lobby aka dining room didn’t look to swell either overflowing garbage cans with garbage falling onto the floor. It was a far cry from the McDonald’s of my high school years where if you didn’t have the customers order out to them within 5 minutes or less the manager was busting your chops.

We went because they had a school night, the teachers were there to help out, im sure it did something to benefit yhe school. I think that is really neat. Im sure the food was fine. McDonald’s is nothing if not consistent.

I went to this McDonald’s at 2am on 10/24/25 and I had excellent service. I’m not sure who it was that helped me but it was a young man with long blonde hair. He was fast, professional, and friendly. I didn’t have to wait long and I ordered a fish sandwich in the middle of the night, so the people working that night were on top of it for real. I really had a good experience and I think that these employees should really be considered for raises. Thank you for the friendly service!

This one is a bit slow. They make the food pretty well but I still waited 10 minutes for just two basic burgers and a drink. This McDonald’s is fine. Not the worst one. At least they have clean bathrooms. I’d give this fast food restaurant a better score if they were to get faster. Overall it’s just fine. Perfectly simple. The place to go for cheap food.

Easily accessible from the Highway…except the crazy backwards crossover stretch at the Exit. Bizarre wrong side of the road for a bit, but still easy to get the Mc’D’s.

I go through McDonalds a couple times a week for something. I typically mobile order and either go through the drive-thru or curbside. I always receive great service, and the food is consistent with what I expect from Mickey Ds (which I like).

I have been to this McDonald’s multiple times when I am traveling. The restaurant is nice and seems to always have a pretty good atmosphere. I was in a hurry coming through and needed to grab something to eat really quick. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich with extra pickles, mayonnaise, and American cheese as add-ons. Because I was in a hurry, I opted for curbside pick up and the service was fast. Usually, I check my order, especially at a fast food restaurant, but today I needed to move quickly. I took a couple bites of my sandwich and the chicken was , dry, cold and overcooked. There was one tiny squirt of mayonnaise and no cheese. They did add the extra pickles, which was nice, but I was very disappointed in the quality. Moral of the story, don’t stop there if you were in a hurry.

Always at least a 15-20 min wait when your the only one in line in the mornings for breakfast and half the time they don’t have anything available and make up excuses for why they don’t have them, was told that they were “cleaning the grill” this morning and so they didn’t have any of the breakfast sandwiches available, on top of that they got my order wrong…. I had to get to work so I stopped in before my drive to IF. The drive through took 30 minutes. I drove off without checking my food because at that point I was late for work. I started to eat my fries and went to reach for the 10 piece McNugget meal and found that there was a 6 piece meal and no sauce. I was frustrated at that point but figured it’s better that I got over it and just eat my chicken nuggets without sauce. I opened the box and found that there were no nuggets inside and instead were two chocolate chip cookies. I have no idea how this mix up could have occurred but I’m extremely disappointed and very hungry.
