Ah, the delightful morning repast they provide is akin to the first rays of sunlight heralding a new day, a veritable feast for the senses! However, I must confess that when it comes to the other culinary offerings, it appears we are flipping a coin in a most unpredictable fashion. My trust in their poultry, I regret to say, is akin to entrusting a mischievous raccoon with my lunch—fraught with peril. I have, regrettably, encountered some rather nefarious chicken-related incidents that have left me quite wary. Nevertheless, their hamburgers are a splendid delight, fit for royal courts, and their breakfast creation is nothing short of a gastronomic miracle! One could argue that being thrifty here may be a wise maneuver, yet it remains an establishment worthy of your dining considerations, should the appetite beckon you forth.

People hate on McD’s, but this one is great! They are consistently quick, even if they’re super busy, which is awesome. People are there to help out, and they don’t just stand around and waffle like we all see at restaurants sometimes. As someone who also drives for DoorDash, this spot is almost always on top of having orders ready on time, and if not, I never wait more than two to three minutes. One of the most efficient McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.

Mcdonalds as a business is fine, and most locations are pretty good. I rarely have a problem with my order, they’re relatively fast. However, this particular location messes up more than most, particularly in the fry department, which I have attached a picture of their latest failure, where I ordered a large and they gave me a medium in a large container. This isn’t the first time this has happened, and at this point, I’ll go buy fries somewhere else that will give me the amount of fries I paid for.

Got a Quarter pounder with cheese, took it home, and realized they grilled my burger patty with the paper still on it. And I couldn’t just take it off because the cheese was all melted on it and it was stuck to the burger. So my boyfriend took it back so they could make me a new one, and he brought it home and come to find out they forgot to put cheese on it! And I didn’t want to make a trip all the way back again to get them to fix it. I understand that mistakes happen, the employees are human, not robots. But I honestly don’t understand how nobody noticed the butcher paper was still on the burger, and then when the manger made the new burger to make sure it wasn’t messed up, they still messed it up.

I ordered a large caramel frappe this morning and paid for extra caramel in it. Which is pretty dang cheap but however you guys did not put any extra caramel there wasn’t even any on the sides of the cup like there usually is even without paying extra for caramel. Just a tiny drizzle of caramel on the whipped cream at the top. I even got pictures for proof . But what the heck man.

I had a $5 McDouble meal, and everything was good. The burger was well-cooked, and both the fries and nuggets were perfectly fried. It’s a great meal option when you’re in a hurry or don’t have anything at home.

Ordered a very simple McFlurry on the app. When the lady brought it out to me she had other peoples food (which is fine) but before she even made it to the parking spots she dropped a bunch of stuff and spilled my thing. There was a bunch of melted ice cream all over the cup and she gave it to us just like that. We asked for a napkin and she wiped it up with her super greasy/dirty work vest and handed it to me. It was super melted so I went back in to get it remade and the same lady helped me and was not nice about it at all.

They are always SUPER RUDE. I was just asking why my order status still says they are preparing it an hour after I ordered. And a guy just kept saying that I should talk to my dasher about it. But it was not about the dasher. I was literally asking if you even got my order or not. And the guys treated me like a rude person and just hung up. I was not complaining or anything, but was literally asking. WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU. Seriously every single time I call them they are like this. The guy who answered the phone on 2/26/2023 at 1:10 AM, yes, it is you. I hope you get your training again or get fired. Thanks. If you are his boss, I hope you can do something about his attitude. You can listen back to my call if there is a recording of it. I literally did nothing.

Didn’t get my food… I only ordered a large sprite through the app because I was pressed for time and went through the drive through… after spending 15 minutes waiting in line I couldn’t wait any longer and had to leave. I usually love McDonald’s but this was a frustrating experience

I get home only to discover my fry, the ONLY thing in my order, is half empty. I was in that line for more than long enough for more fries to get done. I know because I used to work fast food. This is absolutely unbelievable.
