We ordered the Big Mac Pack and the 40 piece Chicken Nugget Family Meal. The 40 piece Chicken Nuggets weren’t completely cooked, the inside was raw. I had to throw them away, my son’s had eaten a couple and said they were squishy and slimy inside. Gross

I have never heard of a location that isnt able to take two separate orders from one car, ive been doing this and seen it done basically my whole life. If you have a friend or a separate party its just considered two separate transactions… girl at the drive thru said it wasn’t possible and rude about it, so either this is just a really weird location or the employees need to be trained better. Ive worked enough retail and fast food myself to know it was possible.

I’ve been coming here consistently for a long time, and I’ve noticed that whenever Andre is working the dining area, it is very clean and presentable. He is also constantly asking how he can better serve people. Makes it so much more enjoyable. Dude deserves a major raise. 5/5 stars for Andre.

This is my favorite McDonald’s to go to in town . They are quick and efficient. This morning I came in with my son and was greeted by 3 different employees. It felt nice! after some other locations you wait 10 minutes to be greeted so thank you. And as we ate the employees came around and checked on us . Very happy with my experience. Oh and the food was all super fresh and hot!!

Ordered breakfast and came late(which is my mistake!!) so my order was replaced with burgers, i asked for them plain, got mustard and ketchup on my sandwiches, employees should listen better to their customers. the girl at the drive through window rolled her eyes at us multiple times when we were making adjustments, over 30 minutes for pickup 2 orders.

I went to this McDonald’s this morning the one on Broadway I live closer to them did I do any other McDonald’s in Idaho Falls went this morning to get a big breakfast I notice the syrup for the pancakes were missing. I went to my pantry to get the syrup for the pancakes. Got to sit down to put butter and syrup on the pancakes then realized there was no pancakes in the big breakfast, but they did manage to get the hashbrowns the biscuit the sausage oh and they forgot the egg As well, but they did me a sausage biscuit to jam so I guess I should complain too much. I got 50% of my food It is a shame this place is still in business with the horrible management it has

Got a happy meal and the toy was not inside and my drink was incorrect too. Should confirm and double check first and from what I saw it was not even busy to mistake the items. Waited long for a cone and a fry.

Got to the window where I’m supposed to receive my food, was asked what I ordered as though it’s not the employee’s job to keep track of what I just said into a speaker. Then I got to pull forward and wait for my drink that I saw get handed to the vehicle in front of me, and then passed back to the employee and I was asked what it was 4 different times, 2 of which were by the manager. THEN, I get home and realize I have no sauce to do my McNuggets in because it’s apparently too difficult to remember that when you’re dealing with an order that has a whopping 3 items on it. Only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 is that the food doesn’t taste nearly as bad as the service was.

Unhinge incompetent and overly frustrated overnight manager doesn’t need to be the manager. 20 cars lined up in the drive-thru people are running each other over trying to get out of the line because they’re sick of the 45-minute wait did you just get to the speaker box. October 11 2025 2:10am Go watch your parking lot surveillance footage You’re literally going to see people blaring their horns lights flashing cars jerking back and forth people hitting each other.
