I went to this location this morning to grab a quick breakfast for my daughter and I. We ordered the big breakfast expecting to have pancakes like the picture on the board advertised. When we got to our destination, there was plenty of butter and syrup. However, there were no pancakes or hash browns. I called to find out why the order was missing food. I was informed that if I do not specify that we want pancakes, we don’t receive them. We are not big fast food goers and I just assumed we would get what we ordered off the menu. To make the experience even worse, I was put on hold for over 10 minutes while she was supposed to be checking the order. I finally hung up to call back. The phone kept ringing busy. When I was able to get ahold of someone there in the restaurant they explained that I did just order the “smaller” big breakfast. She did say that it was supposed to come with the hash brown and never offered to compensate for that. I work next to this restaurant and will absolutely not under any circumstances be returning.

Newly built McDonald’s with a modern design, clean space, and great service. The kids play set and interactive screen games are perfect for our 3- and 5-year-olds, making it a great family-friendly spot. Conveniently located just 5 minutes from home!

New location, same exact McDonald’s as all the rest. This one has a “play place” and part of it was touchscreens. That was new to me. I suppose that’s common now in these places. It’s the same bland gray box selling the same bland food for the last 35+ years and counting. But this one also had a sign on a wall telling customers not to stay. Thought that was interesting, so I didn’t.

This McDonald’s location is clean and well-maintained, which is always appreciated. They have a great small play area for kids with three interactive screens offering fun learning games, a nice touch that kept our little ones entertained. The restrooms were also clean, which isn’t always the case at fast food spots, so kudos for that.
Unfortunately, our experience with the order was a bit frustrating. While the receipt was correct, the food we received was wrong, twice. Despite this, the staff was very kind and tried to be helpful, though it was clear they were overwhelmed with the number of orders coming in. You could see the pressure on their faces at the front counter, but they maintained a friendly attitude.
Overall, the atmosphere and customer service were good, but the order accuracy and kitchen coordination could use improvement.

Been inside a few times and it has always been very clean and staff has been very helpful and very nice.
Been in drive thru many of times. I always worry about the wait, but honestly it is very quick and food is always hot and very good.
Out of all the McDonald’s in our city, this one is the best for quick service, excellent staff, cleanliness, and good food.

Ok folks- I’m genuinely confused. For my entire existence, I have ordered a McChicken and fries, same as what I ordered tonight. I got up to the drive thru window and asked for a buffalo sauce for my sandwich, same as I always have. I was told that I couldn’t have one. When I asked why, I was told that they don’t give out sauces. I told her that is the first time in my entire life that I’ve heard this. She told me they cost extra. So I asked how much and she said 20 cents. So I grabbed 20 cents and said okay, I’ll buy it. She said no, she was not allowed to take my money in the drive thru window. I told her I was truly perplexed as I’m willing to pay for the sauce. So then she asks another girl standing by her and the girl tells me the same thing and when I looked at both of them dumbfounded, the 2nd girl threw a sauce in my bag and said I’m not going to argue with you. Help me out here!? What in the world?

I dont think this place should play the monopoly game with the false advertisement. I bought quit a few items tonight for my family that showed on the McDonald’s website what came with the monopoly pieces then to find out that most the items did not. So I went in with the items and showed the manager what they very advertising then get told he has never seen the website and couldn’t do anything about the 3 quarter pounders with cheese and 4 mccrispy sandwiches. Absolutely bullshit You have lost my business. False advertisement

When I come to McDonalds, I am filled with Joy. Me and my friends have gladly dropped over $700 here over a few months. The people are so nice, the experience is heartwarming, breakfast starts my day off nice. And the supervisor is absolutely fantastic, so positive and helpful (Eric!!) overall amazing franchise.

We got our food super cold and honestly horrible. Couple weeks later we order on the app, order went through, google said they closed at midnight and we ordered at 11pm. Showed up at 11:30, they said they were closed and refused to give us any food that we literally paid for. Closed their till and left the restaurant. We never got the food we paid for. Absolutely ridiculous don’t go to this location.
