Would not let us order with a flat bed trailer attached or on foot in the window, closed lobby early. Lazy employees just didn’t want to work, pay more and expect more! Nobody wants a pink burger here for obvious reasons, fed the dog tho…

Waited 30 minutes for my simple order. Had to stand at the counter for almost 10 minutes for my cups/straws while the workers walked past me 4 times. Did not get any of the sauces that I ordered and were on the receipt.

I went in and there was only one girl at the front and she was swamped with orders and no one to help her. An employee came to help and left 4 times in an hour “to the bathroom”. I felt really bad this girl was obviously stressed. Maybe try and schedule more people in the front so people don’t have to wait as long.

WAITED FOR 14 MINUTES FOR 2 COFFEES!!!
We were disappointed coming here. We were placing our order and the employee didn’t even ask if we were done ordering. The employee couldn’t even even understand that we wanted a decaf coffee. I kept telling her that we wanted one with “NO Caffeine “ because apparently she didn’t understand “decaf”. When we pulled up to pay, I ordered my coffee and it seemed like she had a bad attitude. She then asked us to wait in the car spots. We waited for 14 minutes and my husband had to call them to ask if we were getting our coffees. That’s when they brought them out. I’m sure we would have still been waiting out there if he hadn’t called. Just disappointed that there’s people working in customer service and don’t know how to work in that environment. I know, because I also work in customer service and I have never treated someone with an attitude. McDonald’s is supposed to be “fast food” but there was nothing fast in our order. So if you want a fast coffee, go somewhere else to get it.

The night shift 8/30/24 @ 10pm was the rudest and most disrespectful I’ve ever experienced. I sat and waited for over an hour. They didn’t get my order right and forgot my drink. The manager even rolled his eyes when I asked for a cup because they forgot the drink. The fries where stail and soggy. Definitely the worst experience ever.

I passed by this McDonald’s and as soon as i entered I saw the place extremely dirty. Look around on the floor and saw dried coke spills and underneath a table was fries that had not been picked up. A wet floor sign was there and there was coke spilled and it was sticky and dry and they didn’t bother cleaning such a small place that is super easy to clean. I had to wait 30+ minutes for my food. The chicken nuggets came over cooked and didn’t receive any buffalo sauce. We had ordered a caramel frappe but never got it and still paid for it. No one was at cashier so I had to order at the tv station thing. Was the worst and nastiest and had the worst service. Would not recommend!
