Ordered at the drive thru as it was pouring rain. Requested each be individually bagged. WOAH! What a mess!!! All in one bag, I don’t believe the size of the french fries were correct either. Next time, I’ll go in.

Come on when is someone gonna step in and make this place what it use to be….door dashers standing around waiting for food for over 10 minutes…customers getting up set cause they’ve been there for 10 minutes or longer waiting for their food, food orders getting screwed up cause they didn’t get their items through drive thru and they have to come inside to get the rest of their items. I’ve been waiting for 6 minutes and have asked several times where my food was and they said they were busy…hmmmmm ok where? 2 cars in the drive thru and a couple in the lobby. Noooooo you have teenagers or whatever age they are more interested in messing around with no strong management inside supervising…..

Another failed trip to a McDonald’s. Ordered some apples pies then got to the window and cashier said out of apple pies and gave holiday pies but once we got to the final window they were out of holiday pies. Sad to order two items and they were out of one. Cashiers we’re busy braiding their hair or something when we got there. Maybe they should focus on customer orders instead of promising items they don’t have. Also they should focus on giving change not that you have to carry around ten dimes.

Terrible service. Waited at drive thru for breakfast almost 30 minutes when we got to the order screen they kept moving the left lane and taking their order while we waited an extra 2-3 minutes to get our order then they proceeded to tell us we couldn’t order our breakfast because they ran out and we would have to wait an additional 15 minutes to get our breakfast lady in speaker was very rude and unprofessional we didn’t order anything and had to wait an additional 2 minutes to exit the drive thru.

I normally never post reviews especially on restaurants coming from a person who works in food so I’m usually pretty understanding and have never left a review, but today I am. I get you guys are fast food and not a 5 star gourmet restaurant, but the service was horrible and cleanliness was less than bad. You come to the counter for help and everyone just stares at you Ike it’s not their job to help costumers. The tables and seats were nasty and not cleaned. The bathroom, was disgusting, smelled horrible and a huge mess.

I ordered the filet o fish and it was the worst looking fish sandwich I ever seen. The bottom bun was smashed to the point it only covered half of sandwich. If I had been closer when I saw it I would have taken it back to show manager. Someone had to decide that was good enough to serve. So disappointed in people sometimes. Disgusting!

If you know me, you’d know the only time I ever eat fast food, especially McDonald’s, is when I’m nearing the end of a long road trip, I’m tried, grouchy and I just want to get home. So out of all the delicious food I could have tried from astounding local restaurants off the 84, my husband says we should go to McDonald’s. And I said, what the hell, the new chicken sandwiches that they’ve been flaunting on every dang billboard and sign seems decent.
I really did my body dirty. We both ordered the Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwich (crispy chicken fillet, potato bun, spicy pepper sauce and pickles, $4.19), shared a side of those heaven-sent, crispy, mouthwatering fries, and two Frozen Fantas in Blue Raspberry and Cherry ($1.59 each).
The sandwich was basically a knock-off of the too-popular Chik-Fil-A or Popeye’s versions. Much better than a McChicken. At least I’m somewhat more convinced this is real chicken! The drinks were just ICEE’s with a different name, so yeah, they were delicious. And of course the fries took my soul to the Gods and made me a brand new person. Mentally. I’m sure my body thought SMH the entire meal.
Even though McDonald’s gets 0 stars for creativity, the food was still “good” (as good as MD can get) and filled me up for the remainder of the drive. Also, 5/5 for this particular location. The employees seemed very happy, and were super polite.

Went to McDonald’s in Burley, ID for quick cheese burger, nuggets, and fries just after 9pm. Fries and nuggets were cold. Poor service over all.
