This Chubbuck Mcdonald’s needs entirely a whole new management. The lack of consideration and patience they hold would send Ronald Mcdonald into a spiral. I ordered TWO breakfast sandwiches at the window at 6am, when i arrived i was immediately met with impatience and harsh tone, i said my order, paid then left. Upon opening the bag i noticed my sandwich’s were missing egg (and ingredient i thought i asked for) so I called the store and was met with yet another rude and harsh tone, when i explain my situation the lady on the phone took my name and said I could get my order fixed though when I arrived and told them my name they acted like they did not know what just happened (i was right around the corner when i called and was told to come back) pulling up to the second window what i believe to be a manager handed me my food while waving her other hand/finger at me stating in a loud tone “ this will be the one time we do this for you, we had multiple mangers stating you did not ask for egg” and i quickly cut her off stating that was not my intent, if i had not asked for egg in the beginning then yes it is my mistake but i would have had no problem paying for new sandwich’s with egg which i had repeatedly told the worker, but she shoved the bag out the window moving her body away as if she would drop it if I didn’t take it. i had genuinely thought it was a mix up on their part which in no way was I being rude about, so to get no empathy in return is unbelievable. i just finished a 12 hour shift working hard in the cold and if i did happen to mess up my own order i don’t deserve to be treated in such a manner, especially over two sandwiches that cost less than $10, i will not be coming back to this mcdonald’s in pocatello.

whoever was the girl in the drive thru on February 21st at 8:50 pm was extremely rude. She asked if i was using the mobile app and when i said no she audibly sighed and said “then what can i get you” with very clear and major attitude. I asked for a #9 and instead of asking if i wanted a medium or large she just said “what drink” i said dr pepper and she said okay $9. and nothing else. very disappointed and it ruined my night!

Oh my goodness, I can’t say I will be visiting this place especially in the evening for a very long time! Staff yelling out orders when many were a table order. Locking lobby a hour early although many others were interested in ordering. The tables were gross where they allowed us to sit but cleaned tables where no one else were allowed to sit. Not pleased! Do better!

No problems was just ordering online and realized that the sweet tea is +10c, maybe it was always like that I just didn’t notice but if it wasn’t always that way why change it? I’ve never noticed that working or ordering at other fast food places that have tea as a drink selection.

The food order we had gotten was missing a 10 piece chicken nugget, and this is the last time I will be going. If you are too lazy to make sure every order exceeds expectations then you need to quit ruining people’s meals. Don’t use an excuse youre busy because if you take the time to learn your job you get faster. I’ve gone in too many times after the drive-thru messed up the order and it defeats the purpose of a drive through. Besides if you go inside you don’t get greeted because no one there has social skills and when a manager watches customers wait at the front counter and still ask the front counter person take care of the customers. Complete laziness!!!!

This morning my pregnant fiancé went in to grab something to eat. Well, as we were waiting to go inside she started feeling sick, so she went into the bathroom and had to do that “morning sickness” thing. Well, 28 minutes after arriving, I decided to fill out some applications, as my current job is going out of business. Anyway, 28(ish) minutes after arrival, (pregnant women know this isnt much time) waiting for her to feel better so I can decide if we are going to eat or just leave, one of the managers comes up to us looking disgusted. I knew she was about to say something as my wife was leaned over towards the wall not able to sit up very well. Instead of asking if she was OK, she stated this: “You two need to order something to eat or drink or leave!! You have 10 minutes to get your stuff and leave or I’m calling the cops!!!” Clearly there wasn’t a choice to begin with, considering she did add the “calling the cops” portion. So nonetheless I’m appalled and that manager is absolutely not manager material, and she is very lucky my wife is pregnant and sick, or she would have had to deal with her. And she’s lucky WE haven’t submitted the pictures of the condition of the lobby on the opposite side of where we sat to her superior. Well, actually, now I think I’ll just submit them to BBB. This was the most ridiculous encounter I’ve had with a “manager” period. I was actually the Assistant Manager of the local Burger King, when I was younger than this woman I speak of, and I think I’d have given her one clear warning to NEVER treat a pregnant customer in such a way or she could find another job.

We waited for 50 minutes in pickup spot 3 and never received our order. After 20 minutes, we went inside to check on it and they said it was being worked on. After 35 minutes, we went back in and they told us that they delivered it to our car. We let them know that didn’t happen. They checked and said that yea it would be right out. We were just driving through Chubbuck and I have a car full of 6 hungry kids. This was ridiculous! I tried deleting it on my app throughout all of this time but it wouldn’t let me. Everytime we went inside either there was not an employee anywhere around, or we would finally see one and they couldnt help us with a refund and
then they’d disappear and not come back. After 50 minutes we went back in, they checked and said we weren’t even on the back screen. They finally got someone that refunded our money but I had used points for one of the happy meals, so those just disappear. We drove on with our journey with crying, hungry kids that now all think they hate McDonalds. Id say I don’t even have words, but obviously I have a lot of words to say about this. I am mad.

The food is just like any McDonald’s. The building was renovated and they added cool tables that light up which is something you won’t find in a normal McDonald’s. The service was average for a McDonald’s they don’t talk to you which is expected. The wait for the food was fast which was really convenient. Overall this McDonald’s is just overpriced and overrated so I recommend to go to the other 2 in Pocatello.
