The drive through has issues, but it’s because it’s always busy. This McDonald’s is one of the better ones we’ve been to for dining in. The food is above average for McDonald’s. But this place gets 5 stars for the valiant efforts of the kids who work there to keep the place clean and running smoothly despite the collection of college students and homeless who make it a challenge. Salute!

Ordered a ten piece chicken nugget meal last night and waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes. I thought at least my food would be warm if they are taking time to prepare my food. I opened my bag to a half container of cold fries. Nuggets were kind of warm at least.

You’ve gotta love it when you eat in the parking lot expecting to get a refill because the lobby hasn’t closed yet, and you walk up to the door being locked early. We rushed over from the Yellowstone one because they had locked it early too, made it on time and were super disappointed to find they had also locked their lobby early. Absolutely no excuse for a “24/7” fast food place.

It’s McDonald’s so you don’t expect much, the only person that gave me good service was this kid with tattoos on his face that should show that you can’t judge somebody by the way they look. I had an issue and asked for a manager but they’re too busy in their office.

Waited 30 minutes for a small fry and two burgers. I placed a curbside order at 11:09 and waited until 11:30 when I finally just left.
I understand the lunchtime rush and all but 30 minutes? For two hamburgers and fry? Give me a freaking break. This isn’t even the first time it’s happened, either. The last time it happened, it wasn’t even remotely busy.
Took myself to the taco truck where they gladly served me in less than 15 minutes.

So our food was cold, we waited 15 minutes in the lobby for our food and we only had 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and a cheeseburger with no pickles and onions…. Just after we got there another older couple went up to the counter to order and they were ignored for several minutes before anyone came up to help them. My wife went to use the restroom, it was dirty and there was no paper towels so she went up to let them know they ignored my wife for 5 minutes before I went up and nicely but loud enough to be heard over the machines asked for paper towels twice before anyone acknowledged we were even standing at the counter! While we were sitting waiting for our food a gentleman from the drive-thru had to come inside because they forgot something in his order he stated he had tried to get there attention at the window but they ignored him for SEVERAL minutes before he just drove around and came inside for his missing food! As he went to walk away two of the workers just rolled there eyes at him and said something but they were too quiet to hear what was actually said….BUT ALL IN ALL THEY WERE TOO BUSY TALKING AMONGST THEMSELVES TO PAY ATTENTION TO CUSTOMERS INSIDE THE STORE OR OUT IN THE DRIVE-THRU!!!
Customer service should be a top priority in a job like this and today showed me they don’t have the skills it takes to work in food service/customer service industry and they need managers who actually manage their teams and teach them how to treat their customers and how to properly serve food so it’s done right the first time!

Terrible service. We had to clarify our order two different times. We ordered a bacon bagel, and a steak bagel. How hard could that be. Twice, after ordering, we were asked if it was a burrito and muffun. Though we are happy they double checked with us, there were only 2 orders in the drive-thru, us being one of them. Then after waiting over 10 minutes to bring us our order, the employee that brought it out to my husband acted like SHE was being inconvenienced. Jeez, sorry you had to do the job you applied for.

I placed an order online for table service. When I got here the employee had a bad attitude she/he (gender was unclear) was wearing a grey beanie and clear glasses. I sat down and they came over and dropped the tray on the table and walked away. Fry’s had no flavor and burger was just thrown together not even wrapped all the way.
