This was my son’s food. He exclaimed, “Dad, why does it look like that? It looks disgusting! Crazy! Just WOW!” I’ve decided to stop going to another fast food restaurant, but what difference does it make? One customer compared to millions won’t hurt them. That’s why they can get away with it. This is my opinion, and this is how I feel about it. Part of it is that the quality of fast food has just gone down the drain.

Terrible service. Placed a door dash order and less then half the food was delivered. Called the store and the manager told us he would remake the order fresh for us. Order was then remade and incomplete once again.

They were really busy when we got there but they were still attentive, polite and got our order out quickly. Everything was good but we were missing the kiddos drink, didn’t realize it until we were down the road a bit. The play area was clean and well maintained. The bathrooms could have used some more attention but they were emptying trash cans in the store and might have just not gotten to it following a lunch rush before we got there that they seemed were still rather busy from.

I am seriously so sick of my food being forgotten every single time I doordash from here. Clearly they don’t take as much time for the online orders. More often than not GR McDonald’s is the best spot around for uncooked fries and terrible attitude. The wall inside says “crispy fries” but I’ve yet to have one order of crispy fries in the last year. Between the management/staff’s self-loathing and the nonsensical corporate app games.. Should be your very last choice for food in Sweetwater county. The expectation from McD’s isn’t very high.. it’s not not even real food, how do they manage to be so consistently terrible here?

My order came out quickly and the inside was clean and well coordinated. It’s a little ways from the interstate so it’s quieter than most which was nice and allowed me to check out the downtown of Green River.
