Went through drive through. Took over 30 minutes. Was told to pull ahead and wait for fries and when we got our food the fries were already cold and soggy. Disaster of a fast food place.

If I could leave a lower rating, I would. I am actually pissed. Hope you aren’t hungry and order from the app at 3:45 am when we have like nothing else open in town. Cause their systems go down for maintenance at this time apparently and even if you order on the app they’ll tell you, sorry can’t help, you’ll just have to cancel the order and wait 1-7 days for a refund. Which is just great cause that was our last $20 until we get paid and now we get to go hungry. If you know you have a time your systems go down, then you should close in my opinion. Don’t let people order through the app and waste their money. This isn’t the first issue we’ve had with this location either.

Man, if I could leave a lower view, I would customer service is terrible saying they were catching up on orders when there was nobody there we waited 30 minutes in line and didn’t even get food. Didn’t even get to order. I wanted my ice cream. Is that too much to ask for? Oh wait their machine is probably broken like every other time we go there. Customer service sucks. I cannot emphasize that enough. Do not go here.

Both places in town have really gone down hill. The one on Camel Drive tho, I stood there at the counter for over 15 min waiting on food that I ordered thro the app and NOT one person acknowledged me when there were 2 women standing there bagging food and could clearly see me. Mind you im the ONLY one in the lobby and only 2 people in the drive thru when I got here. A sit down and eat place like Perkins is faster at this point. The bathroom was disgusting as well. One of the two stalls didnt even have toilet papers and there was trash all over the floor. This is 6am too. Not impressed at all

Waited 20 minutes for 2 happy meals. Shift Manager Jason and his staff ignored me as I stood in the front counter waiting for the Happy Meals. Horrible Service, no sense of Urgency from anyone. Manager was in the back instead of attending customers and making sure food was going out. This location has definitely worsened over the years. Im very disappointed in how things are run at this McDonald’s.

Absolutely a train wreck. Waited in drive through for 30 minutes. Got the order which was totally wrong. The food we did get was cold. Not juat cold to eat, cold to the touch. Missing haf the $65 oder and got a couple items that we didnt order. I felt bad for the very apologetic young man at the window.

8pm and there’s employees standing around which is all well and good until you see the condition of their lobby and the cleanliness of the establishment in general. Good luck sitting somewhere that isn’t sticky with ketchup or soda. And im all for the convenience of kiosks but to completely ignore your front counter is an odd business move.

Ordered food here and i was disapointed when i got home. I noticed a smell from the bag and as soon as i opened it im welcomed with a molded chicken sandwich. I uderstand places get busy but how do u not check your bread before making food and handing it to customers. That could have easily made someone very sick. I wont be back for a very long time if ever.

Food is hit or miss; kids like the play area. This location gets busy, and order times have exceeded 30 minutes regularly during busy times. Friendly, hard-working staff. Bathrooms could use attention.
