Amazing fries and ketchup! I was just there for lunch, I cant complain, employees were kind and I got a coloring sheet from the tray. I cant wait to color it and hang it up in my room! Thank you so much to everyone there who made this a memorable experience. All i ask is for a vegan option. Thank you again!

I normally don’t post reviews, but my experience today was disappointing. I came in for a burger and fries and it took about 25 minutes, even though I was the only customer inside the store at the time.
While I was waiting, a drive-through customer came inside because there was an issue with her order and she asked for a refund, which seemed reasonable. Unfortunately, the way the situation was handled by the female manager was very unprofessional. Instead of resolving the issue calmly, she made the customer feel foolish and began throwing things around behind the counter in what looked like a temper tantrum.
Everyone has off days, but customers should still be treated with respect. The customer handled the situation with much more grace and composure than the manager did. Experiences like this make it difficult to want to return.

Bought 40 nuggets and forgot the sauce when asked for it the lady was super rude then handed us 3 sauce packets. I don’t understand why these people act like the sauce comes out of their paycheck. Nuggets are meant for dipping people

I wish I could give a zero. Had to repeat myself 6 times to get the order right on the screen. Got the food and it’s cold and burgers are smashed and old looking and tasting. Fries were old and cold. They tried giving me the wrong order three times. And was given unsweetened tea instead of sweet tea. I 100% regret going to this location.

Has bugs in their ice and they use their bare hands and feed themselves food and continue to do it. Places isn’t clean and use their bare hands to put nuggets in a box and serve it to customers. So disgusting

About 75% of the time food is cold or warmish, like it had been under the warmer for a bit. Not even a smile or “thanks for coming” this place is more of a convenience than it is a “good” place to go for fresh food

After the time they took our order it took 20 minutes, 10 in the drive through line and 10 waiting in a spot they had us part in just to get our food. Then when we got it, it was not even warm I had to microwave it at my house 3 minutes away.

Did a door dash order for a couple of combo meals for my son and myself and I’m regretting getting anything from them. Got the sodas and the burgers, but they forgot to pack the straws and the fries.

Every single time I get a double or triple cheeseburger plain there is always traces of onions. A lot of the time the tables are dirty. Soda machine inside the restaurant hasn’t been on point lately either.
