Brilliant to make two lanes for ordering food and employ the invisible man to man one of those lanes. It’s like Russian Roulette which lane he is on but if you choose wisely you will lose lots of weight waiting for his shift to end.

Management at this facility had completely dropped the ball in proper customer service. We ordered three coffees (30-45 mins) later, notified by crew member coffee still being brewed. Restaurant lobby too many flies. Noticed a good amount of the crew were horse playing in the back. Requested refund, incorrect refund amount processed. As a patron this is completely unacceptable !!! This not worth 1 star.

It’s worth the drive to go to another location. The F street location made me wait for 30 minutes for an egg McMuffin. The employees were filthy and when they brought the food out, the dug through the bag (with bare hands) to see what was in it to ask if it was mine. When I said no, they took it to another car. Lesson learned: if I need my egg McMuffin, I’ll go to the west side Micky D’s.

Inside…terrible service. Screwed up our order. Served people that came in well after us before getting around to ours. Claimed “out of Hot Apple pies”…10 minutes later miraculously had some for another customer. Won’t be back for a LOOONG time!

Walked in, was completely ignored while the manager worked on correcting some register error. At least acknowledge me, I’m talking two minutes of silence when I’m the only customer in the front. No bueno! I did use the free WiFi to post this and now am going somewhere else to eat. Not excepting Bitcoin yet but hopefully soon.
