Ordering food was fine. All I had was $100 bill sorry I didn’t have anything else to pay for my food for but it was $40 worth of food so I figured it shouldn’t have been a problem too much as they are a fast food restaurant that is constantly busy.. The lady told me the price and I handed her the money and she said oh I’m gonna have to ask a manager to break this and I said OK that was fine and then the manager breaks the bill and she handed me back my change and decides to make the comment of saying “well now I guess we’re gonna be low on change.” if it was such a problem, then you should have turned me away instead of making a comment like that that was completely unnecessary. I said the food was fine receiving it was fine but the comment made me feel like I wasn’t quite welcomed just because I was paying with $100 bill. It’s not my problem or fault that you were not able to break it. I said before turn me away politely, instead of making the rude comment of how I pretty much took the rest of your money and you’re left with no change for other customers is exactly how I took it.

Pam and her employees are very polite, respectful and attentive to their customers needs. I’ve been to many fast food restaurants in my lifetime and their customers service, satisfaction far exceeds any I’ve visited. Pam has done an awesome job installing customers satisfaction as well as a clean and presentable restaurant.

I ordered 2 steak and egg croissant meals. Was told it would take a few extra minutes. That was fine. Then I was told the cooks misunderstood and had to remake one. So I waited longer. I wanted it to go so when they gave me my meals I took them because we were in a hurry. When we opened them the one wasn’t even steak it was bacon! Not only did I pay for steak and got bacon. Our fountain drinks were also very watered down.

I ordered on the app waited for 30 for curbside pickup. I finally went in to get food that was just sitting there cold. I asked for a new fresh order. The worker took it back and for a few mins and then gave me the same cold order with the original time stamp. Food was gross and cold. Terrible.

Great quality food. As expected. Service was very nice and polite if a little slow. However, at the second window, I received with my food and drink a friendly smile and a meaningful apology for the additional time waited. Excellent hospitality in the way the circumstances were handled. They were what they were. The customer facing team members always get most of both the positive and negative reviews IMO because they are of course who customers engage directly with. However, i know it’s the entire team together that gets the drink and bag of food to me, not just the facing person who can be the only one perhaps that I interact with. I remember this always.

I can’t even begin to say how many times I’ve had to have food redone at that place, it’s always half cold, and when you have a special order they make sure that you can’t have what you actually ordered until you go back again, wasting gas. The prices have shot up, the food and service have dropped to the bottom, it’s the place to not eat at anymore. It’s garbage.

I swear this place can not get it together. When I go, my food is cold, and they do not know how to make a freaking cheeseburger. We got told it’s just cheese n meat. Hmmm ..nope it’s cheese, ketchup, onion and mustard. Get it together. I will not go back
