Instead waited 25 minutes for a $5 meal deal to be made. Normally, I would not complain about a wait, but the employees were sitting and talking to a friend the ENTIRE time I was waiting for my food. They would come from the kitchen and stare at me, but not have my food. You’d think after waiting awhile everything would be warm and fresh. My fries and nuggets were cold as if they’d been sitting there.

The service was fine but my food was very very bad the lettuce on my Mac chicken was old and soggy the paddy was dry and crusty and not edible and there was very little mayo on it as well I get that it was late but this shouldn’t happen regardless my quarter pounder was a little too pink on the inside as well

Sat in the drive through for 24 minutes waiting to order. After no response to my “hello” or vehicle in the drive through, I went to the window. Sat there for a couple more minutes and when the lady (some girl with green and black hair) opened the window, I explained that I waited to make my order but got no response. She just looked at me with a cold, dead stare and said nothing. When she handed me my order, the fries were upside down. What a strange experience.

I got to the drive through early this morning and went into the outside lane because there was a car in the inner lane. I sat there for several minutes and no one took my order. A car came to the inner lane again and had their order taken immediately. I wait for an additional minute or two and then left. I do not have time to be ignored

Luis is great! He helped us in mobile pickup tonight and we were amazed with how helpful and attentive he was. When we went inside to find out his name to put on his good review we saw him helping all of his customers with a smile on his face and he didn’t have anyone waiting around. Awesome job Luis! Update: The manager gave us a coupon to replace our missing food so we went back. I ordered the new arch burger and bit into something hard inside my burger. Pictures are included in this review. It is not an onion or a french fry or anything that belongs on a burger. It was too hard to even bite through, as it hurt my tooth when I bit into it. I will be contacting corporate, not for free food but to let them know that this location just continues to disappoint.
Previous review: This location consistently leaves food out of my orders. I usually notice and go inside but this time my son picked up the order and they didn’t give our two mcchicken sandwiches. He noticed and went inside to get them and came home. It was when I checked everything and saw they only gave him one when he told them two were missing. They also didn’t include the sweet n sour sauce that was supposed to come with the chicken nuggets. He didn’t have enough gas to go back so I had to reach out to support to see what can be done. I will not be going to this location anymore. ALWAYS check your bag at this location!!

Everything about visiting this location this morning is frustrating. We waited 10mins at the window for an orange juice, and then was told to move forward, waiting even longer. To only get home and realize that our entire order is messed up. Paid for 2 SAUSAGE McGriddles and got bacon. the service was horrible, they were rude and acted like it was a burden for us to be there ORDERING FOOD AT A RESTAURANT. completely dissatisfied and disappointed. And to call in and complain will get no where with them. They do not care.

Worst McDonald’s experience iv had. Took them over 10 minutes to take my order in the driver through ( 3 meals and 3 drinks). When I got to the window they forgot my drinks so I had to sit there until they were done ignoring me to tell them they forgot my son’s orange juice. Although there was an orange juice right in front of the cashier lady she had me pull ahead and wait another 10 minutes for 1 orange juice. Upon getting home and inspecting the sandwitches they were bacon instead of the sausage McGriddles I ordered.
At the end of the day it’s McDonald’s so my expectations were already low. Just posting this to maybe save someone else. Food was alright.

In the middle of the Navajo reservation is this lovely restaurant which has wonderful help and food. They did great with everything we needed, & food prepared perfectly. We loved our visit there as we traveled from Phoenix to Colorado.
