We had many problems with our order. It took more than 10 minutes to prepare the menu. Even though we specifically asked for fries without salt, they served them salty and only corrected it afterward. We requested Fanta without ice, but they brought us Diet Coke with ice instead. What makes it worse is that, despite two different employees checking the order two or three times, all of these mistakes still happened.
The hygiene of the place is terrible. Tables and floors were dirty, there were dead flies everywhere, and live ones crawling around. Eating in such an environment feels like a serious health risk.
On top of all these issues, the person I assumed to be the Supervisor or Manager (dressed differently from the others) addressed me as “My Friend,” which felt completely unprofessional.
I absolutely do not recommend this place.

There was either a manager or shift supervisor that was heavy set and had arm tattoos with black or dark brown hair in a ponytail that was being extremely rude and impatient with staff members. Made me and my friend extremely uncomfortable. We wanted to stand up for the employees but the lady was also extremely rude to other customers around us as well. Learn how to respect your employees they are working minimum wage at a fast food restaurant so it’s rlly not that serious. Learn to chill for a second.

every time we order take out from here they always forget something.
they forgot almost our whole order except the oat meal and the hashbrowns. this is absolutely insane and unacceptable.

I ordered through the mobile app a very simple order 4 cheeseburgers 2 large fries a Mchicken a large drink and a large shake. Paid for it had my fiancé go to pick it up they only gave him 2 cheeseburgers a medium fry and a coke… he explained and showed them the recipes and they pushed him to pay for the rest of the order that was already paid for. When he got home I called and explained to them what had happened they apologized said they would put it in a book so when we came in we would get it free of charge . He went back and they tried to make him pay again! Literally ridiculous I like 5 minutes away and this whole process took over an hour!

I placed an order at 10:15 this evening for a big mac meal and a chicken sandwich meal, my patties were half the size of the bun and dry, the chicken sandwich wasn’t even put together properly, all of my toppings were thrown to the side, and both of my large fries were so stale they snapped in half with a crunch when folded. Super disappointing to spend my hard earned money on dinner after not eating all day and almost getting assaulted to my food being cold and out of service time.

Went threw the drive through with my girlfriend, got a spicy meal large and a frozen coke. Went up to second windows and got giving a small frozen coke. Went inside to ask to get the correct size. A woman on the heavier side in a brown hoodie with redish brown/black hair told me that I couldn’t get it up sized because I didnt bring in my receipt so I simply asked if they could just look up my order. And she gave me a lot of attitude when I asked that and used harsh language which made me feel unwelcome for simply trying to fix my order. Then with an attitude told the manager the meal said medium and I said it’s large even the frys in my bag are large so I dont understand why my drink would be medium then especially when I paid the price of a large.She then had an annoyed rude look on her face while the manager on duty fixed it for me while being very professional and kind.I dont like being treated this way as someone who also works in customer service and knows customers can be difficult at times ,but all I was asking was to fix the drink with my meal ,something i dont think I should feel shamed for .

They really need to do away with the double drive thru because it only causes problems and is unfair because the orders are not taken in the proper order, thus causing unnecessary chaos and time.
