This McDonald sucks!! Very slow service! There was a guy that waited for a large drink for 20mins ! And we ordered our food and took them 20mins and they just all stand around and the lobby was dirty! Tables and chairs and floors ! It was sad looking place! Mangers need to step up or hire New managers that will do the job! SMH our fries were all over cooked and hard and my crispy chicken sandwich had no pickles on it!! And chicken was over cooked and hard! And My husband double cheese burger had too much mayo I mean over kill mayo!! Was gross! Only thing that was right was the nuggets! So we just ate that and trashed everything! I don’t know who the manager was but if it’s that young guy , well he was kinda rude and just walk around and didn’t do nothing! The place wasn’t even busy and took them so long to make the food and clean the lobby! SMH! Well not coming back here for awhile . No wonder they have a few stars !! Well hope they change it soon! Top that they weren’t friendly! We didn’t get a welcome or hello! Nothing!

Why I give this McDonald’s a second chance is beyond me! What happened to the good managers they once had! Elias is not only rude but disrespectfully hangs up on people! What kind of manager does that to people who pay your salary! Simple POS system! Where is the training and the customer service! People sometime drive 20 mins for a quick meal. But sadly we choose this location! Why don’t you like what you do! You all get paid enough to provide great customer service! Does this location actually like being below par!? At least have some pride in making your store number 1! Its honestly not hard to be a good manager!

This McDonalds sucks, and the old white lady that brings orders to tables needs to check her attitude. I ordered 6 dollar meal, it took over 20 minutes to come out so I went up and asked if they knew when it might be ready. The lady brushed me off by saying she can only handle one order at a time (it was a simple question and she could have looked at the screen to let me know if my order was next or not) and when my food finally came out she had the nerve to tell me that I shouldn’t have come in on such a busy day….. It’s not my fault that lady has no real life skills and works in fast food still. Telling a customer they shouldn’t have come in would immediately get you fired if I were the manager.

Food came out hot and fresh didnt wait to long. Just the RR didn’t have a changing station for our 1 yrs old daughter, no trash can in the RR I dont like air dryer prefer paper towels. But all in all it was okay.

For some reason they tell people they’re closed at 12am but close at 1am can’t make burgers cause the grill is shut down. Employees spilling drinks on customers. Waiting a ridiculous amount of time for one meal. They don’t cook your fries fresh either seems like its reheated after already being cooked and sat too long. Never will I go back to this location. Worst customer services ever!!

10+ minutes to place order at drive through. Another 5/10 minutes to pay and for the order to be handed to you. Mobile orders are just as slow.
Breakfast sandwich came out lukewarm – every other location I’ve been to has the food piping hot. Thankfully this location is next to a Maverik gas station that has a microwave for customers to use.
Overall, a disappointing experience.

Ridiculously slow every time. I’ve waited over 30 minutes for a Big Mac, and there’s an error with every order. They find a new way to mess up each time. We only come to this location out of convenience, yet somehow keep expecting a different outcome than the last miserable experience.

This McDonalds is a joke!! Going through the drive-through at 6:30 AM. I still have to wait almost 20 minutes for my food. They tell me they had to cook it yet it comes out cold. they are understaffed and unprepared for customers. They didn’t even have change this morning. I’m sorry, sir. I only have $20 in my drawer. This is what I mean about being unprepared. Isn’t breakfast one of the busiest times? Not to mention there is no counter inside to order. You have to use a kiosk and hope that you get your order before it’s cold. All in all this McDonald’s sucks don’t waste your time or money.

As if the other reviews haven’t made it abundantly clear, this McDonald’s SUCKS.
I’ve never waited less than 25 minutes for food here regardless of how busy they were, and 8 times out of 10 it’s wrong anyways!
I put an order in through the app to hopefully avoid the ridiculous and unnecessary wait time only to get there and wait! After waiting for 10 minutes and trying to speak with someone about my order I finally got the opportunity to speak with someone. When explaining my situation they looked at me like i was an alien and gave me the robotic “We’ll have it right out” that they get trained to say. Food never came and this was almost 30 minutes after putting in the mobile order.
This McDonald’s needs to be held accountable and changes need to be made! If any owner sees this, look into your damn store because you picked the WRONG people to run it!
