Worst McDonald’s ever. They were out of fries, and they didn’t tell us prior to ordering. Just gave us hash browns instead. I asked if they could substitute something else, I was simply told no, even after spending $56 and receiving no fries. Then went into the bathroom to find it overflowing with trash, including a dirty diaper and used tampon on the floor.

The place is messy. All of the tables were dirty, the trash can was over loaded, and when asked to clean a table no one came. A woman asked an employee to open the bathroom door and he I’m ignored her. Maybe some bad employees, maybe it’s just a day to slack, but in a busy restaurant around Christmas they should really be better.

Stopped on our roadtrip, homeless population in the evening here is high. They like to stay at the park behind the McDonald’s but we had no issues. They had security inside. Also the kiosk that was supposed to be cashless didn’t even take cards so still had to pay at the counter. It was annoying they have to unlock the bathroom from the register but I understand.

I have not had a fillet of fish for a long time and I felt for an Mcdonalds full fish patty with the delicious tarter sauce they put on it but to my surprise was it not only a skinny version of what they used to call a fish fillet it did not have any sauce on it. It is not pleasant to bite into a smaller fish patty and a dry one at that, kind of like a jerky, so it was very disappointing. Do we not pay enough for the meal that we want? Maybe we do not deserve to spend the hard earned money we make for what is suppose to be a treat. I think my days of eating at McDonalds are over because I’m getting tired of paying premium for a sub par meal.

Amazing food! This is the best food I’ve had in my entire life ever!
There’s only one downside, I came in on Halloween and a dog seemed to have peed all over the floors!! There was a dog inside, and puddles surrounding the table the dog was at!
But if you can look past that, amazing food!

No receipt. Overheard from employees talking “I don’t get paid enough to do that” in reference to bringing food to the table (their machine has you take a number and tells you to go to a table). Since we had no receipt we never knew or order was sitting in a to go bag. We waited so long it got cold. Not a. Alum to be found in the entire dining room. Trash over flowing. Worst McDonalds ever. And that’s impressive when you think about it.

I went here and I ordered only nuggets from this McDonald’s and they gave me the complete opposite order and I went to go inside after online said that their lobby was still opened to get my order and the doors were locked but yet someone was sitting in a booth on the inside and who I believe is the manager was rude to me when I said that her worker gave me someone elses food and she called me sweet heart which offended me especially for my age. overall this McDonald’s food service and atmosphere are nasty rude everything I wish something wouldn’t be. Plus, when I went to get in line to go get my food it was so long and slow that I just ended up leaving because I was sitting in line for 30 minutes. Again overall, I wouldn’t recommend going to this place it sucks all around.

He handled everything with a great attitude and even double-checked that I had everything I needed. It’s not every day you come across such great customer service at a fast-food spot, but Uri made my visit stand out. McDonald’s is lucky to have him! I’ll definitely be back.

We’re on our way to spend the holidays near the area and we stopped here for breakfast. I asked to go to the restroom and they started to make faces. There are no napkins, no lids, and when we ask for sauces they got pissed off. They also took long to get my drinks out and didn’t give them to me unless I asked for them. The lobby floors were also dirty. There’s pieces of food on the floor, receipts on the floor, and sticky leftovers on the tables. Definitely wouldn’t be coming here again.

We stopped in on 10/7 around 9pm and placed an order at the kiosk. After watching other customers order and receive their food, we asked a worker where our food is at. We were yelled at by a worker and rudely brushed off. After yet another family came in and received their food, we asked another worker and she said let me get my manager. When the manager walked up it was the worker who was initially rude to us. He again yelled at us and said “I don’t know where it’s at”. He was rude, unhelpful and condescending. Another worker managed to find our order but at this time we had no desire to eat at a place like this. When asked for a refund he hesitated and wanted to give us our order. After declining, he only refunded a portion of our order. I would rate this place zero stars if I could.
