First of all, props to them staying open when everything else was closed on a Sunday evening. The drive-through microphone is either not working well or their heasset was bad, i could not make out anything they said. Ordered a double quarter pounder and got a single one instead. Had to come back and they have re-made it and gave an apple pie. Not a bad experience overall, especially after not having much expectations.

So we just received two under filled cups from McDonald. The manager tried to say it melted in the drive from the doordash, which is just plain untrue. If it had melted it would show on the sides of the drink. They told us this was the only time they’d replace our drinks, and gave dirty looks to my husband when he took them back to be replaced. I understand McDonalds is fast food and not perfect but the attitude from the manager is just completely uncalled for.

Just went drivethru but for whatever reason, this McDonald’s had the best burger I’ve ever eaten at a McDonald’s. The burgers were wonderfully moist and juicy, and hot off the grill. Great work!

Employee used the bathroom while we were there, she did NOT wash her hands. She also appeared to be making the food. Seems like a problem!
Edit: I want to clarify, my wife and daughter were in the women’s bathroom and saw this. I just left the review. I did also receive an email from McDonald’s and they were also concerned which I can respect.

Food is good & fries are cooked good as well they have semi parking beside I loved it everytime. DRIVERS CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF SO WE DONT LOSE THIS SPOT!

At first I was a little put off by this McDonald’s charging for sauces. But 5 packs for 2 cents is a heckuva deal. I say knock yourselves out!
Seriously, my Double Cheeseburger meal was as good as I’ve had anywhere, and damn cheap thanks to the McDonald’s app. My only complaint is a ketchup dispenser that burped and tried to spatter me with fake blood.

The female manager was very rude . I asked for my frys and nuggets that I paid for did not get them she was rude and she refused to give me back my food and me my money back and I did not ask for a refund and she told me to leave .very rudely.

Went thru the drive thru and the lady working in the drive thru was really rude. We order a couple drinks and she turned everything around and the guy as a manager was just as rude and said we are not fixing your drink just go on. So if the owner of this place needs to check on there workers.

We went to get dinner and the lady working the second window gave us our food (tattoos and kinda heavy makeup), and aggressively assured us that my drink was diet and rushed us to leave. It was not, we tried to tell her but she just kept telling us that it was. I’m diabetic and if my boyfriend hadn’t tried it first I wouldn’t have known. I didn’t get her name, not that I would’ve had time to but I sure hope she doesn’t treat other customers like that. (edit: I just found out that not only was it not diet, it wasn’t even a coke, it was a Dr pepper )
