I just went to this McDonald’s and got there about 10:27 I know a little late but they’re still serving breakfast, well the person who was taking drive through orders asked me to wait one second but they didn’t come back until the clock hit 10:30 so at that point they can switch over to lunch and not have to take my breakfast order which I thought was unprofessional. I get it you don’t want to make any more breakfast because it’s late, but when someone shows up before breakfast ends, you should take their order no matter the time. And I go to this McDonald’s probably 2-3 times a week and spend money there now I won’t go here just because of that one instance.

I give props to employees for remaining pleasant despite their surroundings. The other morning while waiting in the drive thru for my breakfast, a “street person” came up and knocked on my window to ask for money or cigarettes! Not the best way to start the day, but the employees were smiling!

I waited in line 10 mins to get the new Grinch meal and didn’t even get my socks.Got an empty bag for them though! I had to ask for sauce for my nuggets ,would have asked for my socks too if I knew they weren’t in the bag. The staff is always nice but they sure mess up a lot of orders. I would have gone back but headed to work.

This is the closest McDonald’s to me and I never stop here anymore which says a lot. Food is always questionable and sometimes inedible. Wait times are ridiculous and staff is rude. I wish they would completely hire new staff and find someone better to manage and train.

I paid more for my food at the location compared to another McDonald’s… I purchased the exact same thing at 2 different locations within 2 days of each other.

Stopped by to grab a late night dinner and they were really friendly. The lady complimented my name because I used the app and the guy at the speaker upsold me more cookies to save me money. I was surprised by how nice they were.

McDonald’s is disgusting. I’ve heard so many disgusting horror stories from people who have worked there and we always get cold food after waiting forever and paying an arm and a leg. You call and complain and they’ve only made it one of the 10+ times I’ve had to call about missing food or cold. For a family of 7 this isn’t a cheap family night anymore and it isn’t even enjoyable like when I was a kid.
