Haven’t been to this location in a while. I don’t make it to the end of town often. However, I’m glad to see everything is running and tasting like it should. The location is a little small in the dining area, I was able to be easily identified and called by name ordering through the app which was a nice touch. Food was hot tasty and orderly. I ventured with the steak option for a breakfast muffin and I suggest even if you like steak, stick with the breakfast meats for breakfast. You won’t regret missing out on that one I promise.

My wife and I stopped in and ordered dinner. Upon getting our dinner my wife found a hair in her meal then as I bit into mine I found a hair and something else so I took a sample of mine and sent it off to a lab because it was not supposed to be there. I think it was just because of me so we will see

Well first of all.., I want to be honest about the times that I have spent at the Pueblo Mc’D’s . I used to take my kids and my daycare children there and we really enjoyed our time together there but times have changed and it’s not the same anymore it’s like the service isn’t up to par , I feel like the McDonald’s employees don’t care how they put out the meals to us paying customers,I ordered a Big Mac meal and one of my buns had the sauce on it but it was so sloppy and I sandwich wreceived I’m so sorry but I do want to be totally honest with you all.

Order breakfast drive thru had me waiting for 25 mins before I finally got out my car to see where my food was at , I go inside to get it and the manager made my food but this was before she looked at her cell phone that she has in the front its like the blind leading the blind smh..you dont see chic fil a with these kind of bad reviews..be more like them

Whoever they’ve got taking orders on Saturday afternoon (around 4pm) really goes out of their way to chase off business by being lazy, rude, and indifferent to customers. Tried to keep me on hold without explanation while I could hear them counting change through their microphone. Once it was clear they weren’t going to take an order, I drove off. If I were the owner, I’d fire this individual immediately…they’re actively doing deliberate damage to your profits.
