This McDonald’s is usually better than others although not sure what happened this AM. I must admit hash browns were perfectly cooked, but when I took a bite of my SMm w/egg, the egg was still runny! I understand it was around 10:18 am but an unexpected mouthful of slimy white stuff is NOT the best way to start off my Saturday morning!

I visited this location recently and was very disappointed with the cleanliness. The dining area was dirty, tables were not properly cleaned, and multiple seats were torn and worn out. It did not feel welcoming or well maintained at all. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this location until improvements are made.

The crew is truly useless in the 20 minutes I’ve been in the store, they had messed up 4 orders and messed up a snack wrap twice. Truly unacceptable with 4 minimum crew members. The manager let the line back up and rather than helping the cashier she went and moved fry’s which ended up coming out cold anyway.

It’s was an “EMDS” I was down to the change n my drink holder. Probably ¢0.34. Times are get rough. Then I remember that I have rewards in the app. Life saver for sure. Crispy chicken sandwich was just the thing….Dang can I get water with this please, can’t afford a coke. Still awesome when you realize that you ain’t completely out of options. Thanks again McDs.

They got our order wrong and said they gave it to the car in front of us, then gave us grief as if it was our fault.
They asked us repeatedly what our order was and to pull off to the side. A few minutes later, worker comes outside and asks us again for our order, then asks for a receipt for proof.
We waited 20 minutes MORE only for us to have to go inside for our order. THEN we get home and the order is still wrong!!!!!!! 1st time I’ve been to this location in years, and it’s a reminder to never go back!
Who orders Hotcakes and Sausage and gets NO SAUSAGE???!

Sometimes things take a little bit of time, but the way the staff takes care of you makes up for it. They make sure you get fresh food and maintain really high quality control, I won’t eat at another McDonald’s in Pueblo.

Twice I went and my happy meal was missing the toy. The nuggets were hot but the fries cold and their oil needs changed. Ordering from the kiosk you watch everyone who ordered in drive thru and at the counter after you go by with food while you wait. The kids who work there are very apologetic and sweet when you bring up an issue.

They took my order diligently but all of it was wrong. My double quarter pounder was only a double cheeseburger, my friend only got a quarter pounder when he ordered a double, and all of our meat was burnt.
