I don’t know why this location tends to hire people who hate their jobs. I work in the food service industry and if there’s any substitutions or removals of every item, you treat it like there is a deadly allergy on the other end. But I guess food health and safety is an afterthought here. Ordered 2 double cheeseburgers, one only Ketchup, the other only pickles. But instead, both recieved onions. I’ve attached the photos of the burger with the onions on AS WELL as the picture of the receipt. How is it so hard to not put an item on a sandwich? If a 2 year old can do it, the high school, collage, or grown adults can do it. But of course that’s just the McDonald’s reputation; Mediocre food, occasionally clean stores, and more often than not, piss poor customer service.

Was just in there order my food cooked to order got re fried dried up food. Person taking my order did it correctly disgusting. This is the shittiest establishment I have ever been at. CORPORATE was contacted. As a former employee my standards are high but even as a regular customer this showing was pitiful on Mcdoanlds part.

Went to the drive through at 1208 am tonigh. Bit into a big make pulled out what looks to be a pink nail. I called and the manager says I don’t have girls working right now. I’m livid this shit could have broke my tooth. Or I could’ve died, this manager didn’t asked if I was ok or not. I’m driving there now to return the nail and report it.

Update he made an incident report, apologize; now I’m going to the dentist today to get my tooth check out. And I might have to take this further. I’m sick to my stomach about this and if my tooth is cracked I’m not paying for this at all… I will consult with a lawyer and contact headquarters. This is just unacceptable.

Absolute slop honestly. Been here 5 times and each time is probably the worst quality McDonald’s I’ve ever had. Really reminds you you’re eating garbage. The burgers are thrown together and greasy. The fries are oily, soggy, and gross. The drive through service at least has been fine.

This McDonalds always has some issue going on it seems, whether its staffing, good quality, or something else. I used to frequent this McDonalds a lot as they usually had great service, although they would get orders wrong. I then swapped to mobile ordering as it seems the mobile orders dont get messed up. Ever since swapping to mobile ordering from this location, it was originally only service that was bad. Every mobile order I placed would have me parked, but the food was fresh and correct. Today, that all changed. I placed a mobile order well in advance. I got a notification stating my order was ready and went to pick it up. Not only was I parked to wait, the food was cold and tasted old. I got a customized quarter pounder; the patty wasnt fully cooked, and the whole burger was cold, including the buns. I usually settle for this McDonalds because it is across the street from my office, however after my last few experiences here I figured I would share the poor quality and to state I wont be returning to this McDonalds. Try this McDonalds at your own risk, dont be mad if your oder is messed up or old/cold

I primarily rated this place 5 stars because the food has always been good. Obviously it’s still McDonald’s, but the fries are hot and everything comes as ordered. There is a nice play space for kids. My son loves this pogo stick thing it has and he’s happy to stay and play for well over an hour when I let him. The play area is also larger and usually less busy compared to a place like Chick-fil-A. The negatives are that the play space eating area isn’t always very clean and once we had a really ridiculous wait time for food. Today the soda fountain was almost completely broken, as was the ketchup dispenser, which caused lines in the area. On the whole, the negatives aren’t consistent and don’t affect the food, so considering that you go there to eat, I felt a high rating was fair.

I’ve been going here for about 4 months, today was my last day here. Not once have you all gotten my order correct and I’m not talking about small mistakes either. On top of that it’s constant attitude from the workers unless it’s early morning. I don’t understand what’s so hard about looking at a screen and making the food the way it shows on screen ‍♂️ I kid you not all 3 of my 7 yr and younger kids can do it, why can’t an adult? Barely putting any sauce on sandwiches is absolutely absurd! Legit only indentions of whatever you’re using to put the “sauce” on. It’s EVERY SINGLE ORDER too ‍♂️ I have to constantly get sauces on the side because you all fail to do your job. And god forbid someone call you out for it because now we’re the bad guys for wanting what we ordered in the first place. You all would have your food corrected as well. Afternoon night time shift always have workers there that aren’t in uniform keeping the workers in uniform from doing their jobs. White dude that’s usually in yellow is constantly giving customers attitude and ALWAYS ignores me when I ask for something, it never fails I actually had to contact the higher ups about it since managers on site do nothing about it. You legit get high school behavior from this place, only the early morning shift do their jobs without attitude and bs with it.

Turning into one of those locations whose ice cream machine is constantly down. Thought this place was better than that, but apparently not. It’s you guy’s responsibility to ensure you can do your job and provide the service people go out the way to come here and receive.

The cashier of drive though was extremely thoughtful. There was some issue with my card. And he was kindly able to wait for me to check my bank before recharge again (this helps with people that has overdraft issues) It was one min thing as there’s a line behind, but it shows kindness of a thoughtful interaction. He said he doesn’t trust card, he uses cash. Smart choice!! Thank you I wish I catch his name. It was 6/23/2025 9:02am.

Overall, kindness doesn’t take “time”, there could be someone honking on the road and think they own the world, or there’s people take a sec to show affections! Which side do we choose? I hope this makes someone’s day better ☺️ it could take a min, secs. Thanks for the inspiration for my morning

I go to this McDonalds every time I go to lunch because it’s fast and easy to get to but every time I order something with a drink they always forget my drink cup so I have to sit there until SOMEBODY could help me. With my recent visit it’s so happened they forgot my drink cup so I sat there until the manger there was like “can you help this creep out” to an employee. IM sorry last I checked it was very very disrespectful to talk about customer like that especially when the walls are very thin!! I’m sorry good food terrible staff service expect the nice service lady’s up in the front but everyone else terrible service!!
