I get very annoyed receiving bad food from just about every McDonald’s in town. I give the Barnes location kudos tonight for a Good McDonald’s Mcdouble and hot fries . The Apple Pie was a disaster. Check the photo. So annoying. Burned I didn’t notice until I got home that it was not a fair trade for 2 plus dollars. All Colorado Springs McDonald’s routinely mess up something. Poor management is No excuse! Most patrons like me worked at McDonald’s and know what the quality standard is. It’s insulting to have the workers give you garbage.

I found it curious that my order came to exactly $11. Ordered at the drive-thru.I just looked at my receipt. I was charged $0.86 toward a rmhc donation. They did not ask me if I wanted to donate. This is fraudulent if you ask me.

Update: I filled out the on-line form as the owner requested. This is their reply: (They didn’t answer any of my questions about the donation).

May as well place a curbside order. I ordered st the drive thru and they were having everybody pull into curbside spots so the system didn’t register the fact that it took them 10 minutes to prepare my order. I sat in my car for 10 minutes. “Fast food” is just not accurate. Will drive a little further to go to a different location next time.

Ordered from the kiosk and put out table tent number in the order. Sat and waited and waited. My wife went to check on our order and it had been sitting long enough for the fries to get cold. She said we added our table number on the order…why is it sitting here? Well one of the workers had put all the food on top of our table number on the receipt and when questioned by the manager he said…oh that’s the first time I ever seen that. Wife asked for fresh fries and the manager was glad to help. So we got hot fries. Prolly won’t go to this one again.

What the heck happened to the McRib. It used to be my favorite. It’s gross now i won’t be buying another one ever. The patty is like card board I don’t think it’s real meat at all. And the sauce is different too. Half of the patty didn’t even have sauce. The McRib is lost now

We came on a Saturday at 7:30am and both people we interacted with were so friendly! They had us pull into a spot while they made fresh hash browns and when he brought it out he even gave us ketchup just in case!! We really appreciated the good service!!

Went and bought a happy meal expecting the food to be there just to get home and see they didn’t put the nuggets, not the first time with a bad experience my daughter goes there all the time and they had gave her the wrong order then tried making it seem like it was her fault she has also had a bad experience with one of the employees he is not professional.

McDonald’s you need to put better service people in your windows I had the worst experience today that old man that works in the window is rude. He has no good customer service he doesn’t greet. People can’t even hand out orders correctly as a GM in that store, you should be ashamed of the people you have working there. I will never return to your store.
