less dirty than most. closes too early, it was 10 35 and we couldnt get in the mcdonalds. tends to get orders wrong less so than the other mcdonalds nearby at least. not friendly though.

I ordered a sweet tea. With my food this morning. The lady forgot to put it on my order. no big deal people make mistakes. At the second window I asked about my sweet tea instead of saying oh the lady forgot to put it on she immediately got rude and saying “No you didn’t order a sweet tea.” I tried to explain I had specifically asked for one and that I was willing to pay for one if I wasn’t originally charged. she completely cut me off turning away from me mis sentence to confirm this with the first lady. After confirming there was supposed to be a sweet tea. The lady didn’t apologize or even bat an eye. She rudely states rolling her eyes that I will need to drive through the drive through again. I just grabbed my food and left. Who ever this lady was she clearly wasn’t happy to be at work today and it definitely shows in how she treats her customers. They also didn’t use my points I asked for so I paid full price for my meal. This location has always been pleasant until this associate starting working. everyone else if great

Ordered a bunch of happy meals for the kids and had to go back through thr drive through again because they forgot things out of them. Also, ordered a hamburger plain in one of them and it came fully loaded. Not worth driving back.

Just don’t go at night.. only reason for not giving 5 stars. I’m mad every time I go here at night because they just don’t care. I come here often in the morning and the morning staff is always amazing. This is what it should be like all the time and at every McDonald’s. Staff always happy to serve you with a smile on their face. Even the manager handing out food himself and thanking you for coming here. My experience at night made me want to give one star because they just don’t care one bit and even cooks came out of kitchen to have an attitude with me. Just can’t help but love the people in the morning. Hope they keep this going and get this kind of people at night because they really need it. If I had the same experience day and night it would be five stars. I did come back again at night and have a slightly better experience so I don’t know if it was coincidence or if they actually got some better night staff but it was so much better than usual nighttime fiasco.

Horrible drive thru times. I gave three chances and they’re now out. I just waited nearly 5 minutes for a simple happy meal. Last time was 10 minutes for an iced coffee! Food is weak and sloppy. Not worth coming back to this location. I’ll waste my gas for something better.

The food was absolutely perfect! The burgers were literally like the pictures. The fries were fresh and they delivered everything to our table. The restaurant was so clean and all staff members were incredibly kind. I do not leave reviews normally but this is probably the best food and service I have ever had at a McDonalds.

I only use this McD’s location in a pinch for breakfast. The food is never hot. It’s a 50/50 if your hash brown won’t be luke warm. I am convinced they pre-cook a bunch of food and it sits.

Slow service at this location. Took a while to get a pretty basic order. The play place was GREAT tho. Not huge, but lots kids so my kid enjoyed it a lot. Once we finally got the fold, it was fine. Typical McD’s fare.

For it being 24 hours. I’m always getting turned away because they’re closed. Even when ordering through the app supposedly ten minutes before close. How am I to know they close if I can still order on the app and it tells me they’re open 24 hrs. I’ve had to cancel many orders going here and then can’t even reorder because I have to wait for my refund to hit cause I had to cancel.
