I ordered a double and when it came out, it appeared really flat, so I opened it and this is the trash i paid for? The 2 pickles are paper thin and not even a full slice of onion, then I asked for a bit more toppings, and the manager tells me thays how it comes.. Well, this will be my LAST visit to ANY and ALL Mc Donald’s… they totally not even interested in actual customer satisfaction… Just sad… Way to lose a customer!

I will like to thank this location. When all other locations are fast to send people to the parking space in drive thru they concentrate on their efficiency and great customer service. I drove up to a long line and surprisingly it moved with ease. No one in front of me was sent to park and wait for food. I expected to be sent to the parking space cause I ordered 3 meals but nope when it was my turn great customer service and have a nice day is what I got. Great job keep it up

Honestly, I never write reviews for fast food joints unless something bad happens. But I just have to say whenever I go here I run into the sweetest people ever. The woman who swiped my card just had a good energy about her and she was funny. The woman who handed me my order was one of the kindest people I met in a long time. She even went through the bag and made sure everything was there. I hope both of you win the lottery. I hope both of you either have or find good spouses. You are awesome, the food was awesome. This place is also really clean. And then they had the food deals which was really nice. I spent about $20 for two large meals and two hot and spicy mc chickens which ain’t that bad these days. Im just passing through the city, but when you run into nice people, they are NICE.

This review is particularly for the individual taking our order at 6 am on 2/16/2026. You are probably the rudest person I have ever interacted within a fast food situation. I’m sorry if you’re having a tough time (I am assuming due to your attitude!) But there was absolutely no reason for your demeanor towards my son. My apologies if him wanting to use the app’s code was a huge inconvenience for you, however you need to take a step back and look at how you treat people. Apparently ordering 3 items is too much work for you this early.
Otherwise this location was easily accessible, it’s clean and the food was edible.

The SLOWEST McDonald’s I have ever been to! I ordered a McChicken through their mobile app, pull up to the drive-through and had to wait 10 minutes before I even got to the menu, which is fine since it was because of the person in front of me. But then I finally pulled up and he said I’ll be with you in one moment, then proceeded to serve two cars in the other lane before asking me what I wanted. I finally give my order number and they told me to pull forward but when I get to the second window, they have me pull into their drive-through spot. I saw literally six vehicles pull up get their food and drive away before I even got my McChicken and they had huge orders. In total, I had to wait 25 minutes to get a single McChicken, which was starting to get cold by the time it was delivered to me.

Should not take 20 minutes for pickup orders. You watch customer’s come in and order after you get there and they always get served first, and receive their order. If you order doordash just know you are not important to staff, we get pushed back and they just keep pushing out drive through.

I came here for breakfast this morning, Barely awake and hungry. I pull up to the menu and the kid says how can I help you? I start trying to order as soon as I say hotcakes he immediately says without hesitation anything else OK pull forward. I literally didn’t even have a chance to say what I wanted next, and had to yell at the window to get them to complete the rest of the what I wanted to order. After every single item, I said he immediately responded anything else anything else Without any hesitation. I understand that you have a lot of people to serve, but that was the rudest thing that’s ever happened to me. He changed my order like three times. My order was very simple to never have I had anyone in the past be this rude to me. McDonald’s if you’re reading this do you need to go talk to the management of this store. Please and thank you.

Came here about two weeks ago. Got the worst food poisoning I’ve ever had. My wife as well. Came about 15 minutes ago cause I work late and figured why not give em another chance. Bad idea. Apparently a large coke comes with no ice and only half full. Apparently a double cheeseburger comes with only ketchup if you ask for no pickles. No mustard. No onion. I asked for the sandwich to be remade. I wanted everything but pickle. They “remake” the sandwich and hand it to me at the window. I open it yet again, to only ketchup but this time they added some mustard. I asked for the onions. Was refused. Asked the manager to come witness first hand that there are, in fact, no onions. He refused to come look. Refused to remake my food when I tried to hand it back. Refused to give me a refund. Eventually, cause I’m exhausted and worked super late, I asked for a side of onion. All of a sudden they can do that and gave me a whole 2oz of onion. So wild. Thanks “Anthony” the night manager who apparently works every single night my food is made wrong and I’m refused a refund. I’ll call corp tomorrow morning. People like you are the reason nobody in fast food can make a living wage, you prove to be unworthy of one.
