They advertise open 24 hrs so we thought if we went there at 11:00 pm the food would probably be fresh. Nope.. food was horrible. It was only 20 dollars but it was a complete waste of money.. very disappointing. If you want some good Mcdonalds go to the new location on Circle and Uintah. See pic below ♂️

This McDonald’s is definitely a bit rough. They are surrounded by homeless. We used the ordering kiosk for the first time here because no one was at the front counter. It took us a few extra minutes but was pretty easy to use. I paid and it printed out a blank receipt. I waited 15 minutes before going to the counter to try and figure out where the food was. They were busy and the staff was unsure of their job. Manager was on top constantly telling each person what she needed. As I sat and ate with my children in the lobby we watched homeless people come in and sit and start smoking out of a pipe in the open. It was so awkward. . No one said anything to them.
The food was hot and fresh but still…. McDonald’s is just not what it use to be.

Went thru the drive thru to get myself and my kids some dinner. The guy working the drive thru sounded like he hated being there and was rushing us. Went to pay and when we got our food everything felt like it was being thrown at me all at once. Made it all the way home (Fort Carson) and we were missing 1 order of fries and a Quarter Pounder burger. Tried calling like 6 times but the number on the receipt and on google do not work. Paid $60+ for a 0 stars service. From now on I’d rather drive all the way to Fountain.

What an absolute crapshow. All I ordered was a sausage egg and cheese bagel and a hash brown and it took 15 minutes. The worker told me to park and stall three because apparently they had just started cooking food, only there was already somebody in lane number 3. Ended up having to park and go inside 100 to get my food. Every worker in there was moving as slow as possible and copped an attitude when I inquired about my food. Won’t be stopping here again for breakfast. The manager needs to get their ish together.

NEVER Gets your order, correct!!!! Always had food missing!!! Is always extremely slow!!! And if you go in the morning, good luck if they serve you sometimes they only have one person working and she says she can’t do anything!!! Just go to a different location it’s a joke here! But I will say the young kids that work here are very polite! That’s the only good thing about this restaurant

Please do not say yall are open 24 hours if yall ain’t willing to hire competent workers. After pulling up to numerous locations trying to find one open 24 hours, I ended up stopping by this location. I waited almost half an hour to order 2 McDoubles and a Powerade which should only take 10 min max. I used to work there I know. After waiting profusely a manger comes up to the window and states at me and takes the drink and food I ordered for myself and leaves and eats it in front of me. I had to wait an extra 15 minutes to have my order remade at 2:30am. I know it’s late but common. Please hire more competent workers who won’t eat customers orders

We waited 30+ minutes in the drive thru to get dinner only to be told that they were only accepting mobile orders and door dash. It was busy when we went and I fully believe they were just trying to get people to go away. They are open 24 hours. There is absolutely zero reason that we shouldn’t have been able to order.

I ordered online which was great but the food tasted old. The orange juice tasted like it was expired and I tried to call them but their damn phone doesn’t even work. The hotcakes were broken there was no condiments and they didn’t even have the monopoly game on the hash browns. This is the nastiest McDonalds I’ve ordered from. Never again.

Let me start off by saying that your overnight manager antonio he should never be a manager! He is awful to customers and to his employees. Always trying to ask for womens numbers in the drive thru when all we want to do is order oir food. I was told by an employee at the window that there manager had just walked right out. You guys are the worst mcdonalds in colorado springs! And always will be
