The staff here did a great job taking care of our softball team and families when we came in after a game and slammed them in the lobby. Big shout out to Zac H who took awesome care of our families while his team was also trying to knock out the drive through during dinner. So impressed with all they did for our girls! Typical McDonald’s. It was not air-conditioned real well. The summer temperature was pretty high for Colorado. No paper towells in the restroom. The food was good.

I am not a huge McDonald’s fan and I don’t expect much in terms of customer service. In fact, more often than not I’ve had negative experiences with customer service at McDonalds. This was different today. We were greeted by a very friendly young man named Cristian. He took our order and made sure to walk all the way to the play place to let us know that our order was ready. We saw him working really hard the whole time we were there and before we were leaving we wanted to get another coffee but had accidentally thrown away the cup. He gave us a refill anyway. Thank you Cristian for being friendly and having such a positive attitude. It gave us a great start to our day.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve been to in a long time. Out of ketchup, napkins, & ice, and every table was dirty (and had been for a while as even the spilled pop had evaporated and dried). The kiosk nearly responded, and the only employee running food and tending to the dining area had an injured leg and was wearing a brace – they obviously need to hire here

Definitely had a good staff today. Haven’t had a correct order in a long time at McDonald’s, wasn’t expecting the food to be great either and it was. Hopefully this wasn’t a fluke and they’ve turned their service and food around.

Ordered via app for curbside pick up. Took so long, I ended up going inside to get it. Met server just coming out with order, told me they were waiting on fries to finish.

One of the drive thru speakers were broken. No sign, no blockade. 3 cars later went to window and emoyee could care less. Ordered food. 25 mins later it came out missing items. When told employee about missing item waited another 15 mins before leaving without them. Staff could care less.

I can’t believe this place does not know how to make a Big Mac. My sandwich did not have the middle bun but instead was topped with an extra bottom bun right under the top bun. Was also so oversalted it was not edible. We also had ordered a kids meal and they forgot the drink.
