Nice people, but apparently, they work their staff too hard. There were several employees sleeping in the dining area and one walking around zombie like cleaning.

I arrive around 10-15 after the breakfast/lunch switch. I ordered a bug Mac meal and received what looked like overcooked fries. When che king them out they were dry, cold, and hard as if they were saved from the day before. Unfortunately I’m only on lunch break and couldn’t go back to get the problem fixed. Also they didn’t give me my receipt so I had no way to confirm my purchase.

First experience i had with this McDonald’s put me in the hospital with food poisoning so I swore not to go back, but I got out of class late and needed something to eat; that was a mistake. Waited 30 mins for a large fry and 2 McDoubles, for it to be cold and have hair in it the fries and the burgers I ordered for my husband to be half wrapped and put in the bag. I get McDonald’s isn’t a fine dinning experience but come on. 10 out of 10 don’t recommend and am legitimately not going back.

Went to order drive through. Super rude. I was trying to order and I think the speaker was not working very well. The one taking orders was being so rude because she couldn’t hear. We couldn’t ask questions because once again being RUDE. Then since she could hear us she like HELLOOOO. Worse experience ever. If you couldn’t hear us. Tell us to pull up. If this person was having a bad day… fine. But if someone is not talking to you with disrespect… then I don’t understand being RUDE. We did not order… we just went to Carl’s Jr. No one should be at the window talking to people like that. Especially when we were trying our best to communicate through a terrible speaker.

I waited an hour for an online order, decided to go in to check and another customer said he has been waiting 20 minutes for a large fry and two drinks and nobody has been to the counter in 15 minutes. One of the other customers suggested I check the bags sitting there and low and behold I verify my order number through the app and customer said grab my own drink cup as the other customers had already done. Not the first time I’ve had an issue at this location and of course no receipt for a survey in the bag

So haven’t been to McDonald’s in a while thought I’d stop just to grab a burger curbside. I only ordered a quarter pounder without cheese. Got my order pretty quick and was on my way. After a fews bites into it I looked down at the container and there were mouse droppings!!! I turned the Hambergur over and there were mouse droppings on the bottom of the bun!!! I’m NEVER going there AGAIN!!! Need the option for NO Stars!! Oh just to let you know the lady I spoke to said,” that’s impossible we do things so that doesn’t happen.” Gross!!! Ya ok

Every time I go they are always out of something, need to do a better job ordering. This morning it was orange juice, no one wants to drink soda for breakfast. Before that they tried to serve me water down orange HiC, like I wasn’t going to notice. Last the young girls who had out the food in the drive through are always rude.

I truly wish as a collective that we in this country would boycott McDonald’s. I never have a good experience, from the food to the service it’s all trash. I sent my teenage daughter to the one in Mesa Ridge Colorado Springs CO, and not only were the employees rude but even the Managers treated her badly! I tried calling and they sent me to voicemail every-time. I even tried calling Corporate but they are just as much a joke there too. No value of the people that keep this ridiculous food company in business! Just sad. I will never eat at McDonald’s again, and I hope others follow suite and stop eating this trash as well. (Also, when leaving reviews I wish there was a way to give zero stars instead of one because they don’t deserve any!!)

The food is as expected, but that’s not the problem. At least at this location, you have to specify you want a large drink with your large meal. That’s bad. What’s worse is that every meal is over $10! This isn’t Five Guys, this isn’t a local chain. It’s McDonalds. 2 cheese burgers are not worth $10. Go to a local place for better food at the same OR BETTER price.
