Wow! I’ve had all kinds of service at McDonalds, but today I experience and witnessed “WOW” service. This truly exceptional front line staff working the 11 o’clock hour was remarkable during a “our systems aren’t taking credit cards” crisis. I only say crisis because some people lost their minds, but the staff handled it perfectly. Attempting to walk people through the app (which was still working and accepting cards) while their other systems rebooted (or something). I watched a woman on staff hold the door for a woman that said she didn’t need it (but really she did). These members are going above and beyond and I’m truly impressed. I hope management sees this and rewards these team members.

Anytime me and my family go get food from here it’s either delicious and amazing and the correct order, or disgusting and nothing we ordered at all. not to be a karen but tell me WHY i ordered a spicy mccrispy and i got a regular? Like okay no big deal, but then i look for the chicken nuggets i ordered and i get chicken strips instead?????? like do yall actually not pay attention or like it’s more so a bad experience than a good one when i go.

Worst service ever, I literally ordered 10 min before I showed up, payment was processed, waited another 10 minutes after confirming I was in the curbside pickup spot and had to leave so I wouldn’t be late for work, never got my food. To recap 20 minutes from payment process to me having to leave or be late for work, didnt get what I paid for (essentially robbed). I understand I gotta wait my turn but it shouldn’t take 20+ minutes to bring someone their order. The point of ordering ahead is to be able to pay, pick up, head out.

This is the worst McDonald’s ive ever seen. It resembles a 3rd world country and its 100% the store managers fault. I Cut my hand on the toilet paper dispenser a month ago and the manager has done nothing to fix the hazard. They dont even have a bathroom checklist. The store manager is rude and angry, ive ran restaurants, my specialty is customer service and human behavior and she runs an awful store. The shift managers like Caleb and Florencia and staff like Karla and Jesse and Taylin are awesome but how this store manager is employed is beyond words.

didnt wanna give us our order the way we ordered it but every other time they gave us our food with no problem. Once the owner of the phone was calling them they hung up . very rude . needs better service and new workers. workers are always rude and impatient there .

Place is ran down, nobody speaks english fluently enough to be in customer service. The national language is English. As for food? Its always cold hard and never what I ordered. Yall charge too much to always be wrong

Wow that school fundraiser was chaos. There were three people in between to two entrance doors. Then three more trying to sell cookies for the school on the lobby. Take that outside. When trying to leave we had a PTA meeting behind our car. The people next to us opened their car to check on kids in the back. Their car door hit ours. I know it’s McDonald’s that why I gave 3 stars.

Guaranteed place to get an order incorrect. Out of the last 5 visits, our order was correct once. The most recent experience, took back the incorrect order, got what was supposed to be the correct one and it was still wrong. Seriously how hard can it be? It’s basic common sense.
