I feel obligated to leave a review since after reading other reviews about this place, I was apprehensive about stopping here for food. I risked it and I’m happy I did! We got there a little after 8pm and the lobby was still open. My kids had to use the restroom so I was hoping the lobby was open. I used the kiosk no problem and paid at the counter. I probably waited a minute before someone cashed me out and we left within 6 minutes after that with our food. I fed a family a five and added extra pickles to every burger. My whole order was correct! Maybe it was out of towners luck? Definitely needs to be said that my experience was great though! I would stop again if I’m ever traveling in the area again!

The amount of people that were leaning up against the wall after having already put in their order was depressing enough. I knew I was in for a long wait. When I order a large french fry though, and you guys are charging like $4.19 for a large french fry, at least fill up the french fries. This is exactly what I got for my french fries and there was one more lonely fry in the bag. Another customer watched me pull them out of the bag and he went to the counter and started explaining to the food runner how ridiculous he thought that was. I walked up to the counter and he told me he put in a good word for me and explained the situation and all I got was stupid looks. Had to talk to three different employees before somebody even took me seriously. That lady looked at me and asked if I wanted fries or what. I simply replied, “Oh you mean what I ordered? That would probably make it right” Having recently moved into this town I’m wondering if I’m going to quit being a McDonald’s guy or if this location is on point. Time will tell.

Went through the drive-through and honestly… this was not it. The order wasn’t expensive and we didn’t get anything complicated, yet we still had to pull forward and wait. When the food finally came out, the guy basically shoved the bag into the car like he was annoyed we existed.
We specifically asked for no onions, and somehow they still ended up on both sandwiches. My hot and spicy was literally hollow—like where did the chicken even go? The fries were only filled about halfway, which is wild considering that’s the easiest part of the order. On top of that, there was no sauce at all, even though it was supposed to come with it.
Overall, it felt rushed, careless, and like no one actually checked the order before handing it out. I wasn’t expecting gourmet food, but I was expecting the bare minimum. Definitely disappointing.

We went and had gotten a meal and used a code, but they had putten 2 meals and said we couldn’t get the drink we had wanted with it. So we changed the drink and somehow the price went up. So I asked the manager to read me what we had gotten and she did. We noticed they had put 2 meals down and we asked her to take one off and the extra drink. She was horribly rude. An old lady with glasses, pink uniform, and brown hair. She said it was correct that we ordered it. She told us to look at the receipt because we just ended up paying for it. After we looked at the receipt we noticed she was wrong and it was not our order. We repeated the order many times and had still been charged for an extra meal and drink after REPEATEDLY telling her what we had ordered. The worker next to her was even trying to tell her it was wrong but she was just being rude saying we were.

I live here in town and this is THE WORST McDonald’s EVER‼️‼️‼️ There’s usually ALWAYS a wait for food, the order is hardly ever right, the fries are never fresh, and the barely put any of the condiments on the burgers. I honestly could go on and on. These days, fast food is too expensive to never be satisfied with the purchase. I just spent about $50 and all the fries are DISGUSTING, my husband’s food wasn’t made right, my cookies aren’t in the bag, and my sandwich had no ketchup, mustard, etc which all come on it. It’s ridiculous.

Stopped to get food and we ordered nuggets with honey and ketchup for sauces and it clearly said that on the receipt but we got ranch and spicy buffalo like how hard is it really to read? The nuggets were old and the fries were cold as well. I’ve stopped here several times and they usually mess something up. The one in Brush is better will start going there instead.

This store was one of the best in the entire state. Now they love to scam you. 3 times now if you order a large or medium in the app, they give you a small drink. It’s their way of making more profits. Because it happens often. The manager needs to do better.

The absolute worst McDonald’s experience in my life. At 5pm – the store had 6 customers inside waiting on their orders, the drive through wasn’t backed up, but they just couldn’t get orders out. They seemed to mess up and have to correct half of people’s orders ahead of me. After 25 minutes waiting for a plain hamburger (patty and bun) and watching customers who came in after me receiving theirs, on top of staff just standing around and looking like zombies, I just got my money back and left. This place needs an overhaul

It’s an insult to even call McDonald’s a fast food spot any more. My family and I waited for nearly 20 minutes until we finally got our order and when we do it’s not really worth the price. I mean for the $40 we spent and the time we were waiting we could’ve gone to a decent sit down restaurant and had some half decent food. This McDonald’s is an insult to the vision the founders had.
