So now after I ordered my food our food was inedible but a worker goes into the supply closet and starts shop vacuuming something up that smelled like pee that had been sitting for a week or more. Then he dumps it over and gets it on our feet so while trying not to fall and vomit my husband goes and tells the manager she says what do you want me to do about it um we can’t eat our food and there’s nasty stuff all over our feet. So we left and I ended up throwing up. Nasty food and nasty service.
Oh and to add to the McDonald’s comment I’ve called 3x and the last time I called they said you guys talked to me so yall don’t care I’ve tried contacting someone directly so say yall care cause you don’t

We went inside and they were sooo horribly busy. We had no issue waiting, we weren’t in a rush. But the man bagging the orders was diligently checking each order for accuracy, running his tail off, he then sincerely apologized and threw in an extra apple pie. I haven’t been this impressed with McDonald’s in a long time. I applaud that gentleman, I don’t think he was a manager but he deserves it.

This is the first McDonald’s I have been into that was very nice and relaxing! I have never been to a fast food place that had nice place settings on every table. The store manager shows the care he/she has for their community just by this alone. It is a playhouse location and the kids here were very well mannered and not overly rowdy. The music was nice as well. The food was very good, and for the first time in a very long time, 2 people ate for LESS then $30 with DESSERT!!! I definitely recommend this location for an enjoyable meal of fast food. .

Tried to use the mobile app for whatever reason it wasn’t working. Kid at the window said he’d grab a manager and then proceeded to tell me that they didn’t know how to fix anything. Isn’t that like the whole point of being a manager lol. I still ordered without using the deal on my app, and I wouldn’t have said anything but there’s no way they messed up my order again. Because the last time I ordered hot and spicys they literally gave me a bun with lettuce for like 6 of them. This place is a joke.

At approximately 4:02 am on October 26th 2025 the overnight shift claimed there system was down and told us to Oder online or grub hub or door dash Whitch we did, ordered on the mobile app I went through the drive through 2 times and the guy who was running customer service on the first window was a completely disrespectful and did not want to do his job, I showed him my ordered Whitch was just a large coke on the app and showered him it was a live transaction and still couldn’t even give me my drink, just a drink again that I paid for and still have not received after showing him I bought the drink and the pickup and the location was at 8th ave and perhaps my mobile order code. Ridiculous and such an embarrassment as a franchise company to hire people like this.

I come here regularly because I like to get out of the house to study and do homework. This place has a HUGE problem with flies though. When I come here to sit down and eat/study I am constantly attacked by flies. Sometimes I just deal with it because it’s not too bad. Other times it’s just too much and I have to leave because it’s so bad! I don’t know what is going on, because the restaurant is not really dirty. They try their best to keep it clean, which I can see most of the time. The tables and floors are cleaned at least once per shift even when it’s super busy. The flies are just relentless and make the sitting area a war zone to protect your food and sanity! Maybe they should try placing fly traps or that Zevo bug trap around the store??

Although the restaurant is very clean, the quality of food(cold) was bad. To make it worse, the attitude of the employees was horrible. They got my order wrong, then got upset with me because of their mistake. After I got the order corrected, got back into my vehicle to notice the food was cold. So we came through ordered 2 Kerwin Frost Boxes, total was about 25. Which was more expensive than just the meals. The guy at the drive thru had a major attitude when we stated our order was wrong, we had only received one of the boxes and a ten piece by itself in a bag. He took the bag from us, put fries in it and still got it wrong. The drinks were clearly 90% soda water. The employee after handing the bag out the second time then proceeded to slam the window shut and walk off. Never been more disappointed with a visit in my life.

Absolutely appalling. This place is a masterclass in incompetence. Without exaggeration, it is *hands down* the worst establishment I have ever had the misfortune of visiting. The term “fast food” here is clearly a cruel joke — I spent over **10 excruciating minutes** trapped in their excuse for a drive-thru, waiting for a measly **6-piece nugget** that showed up not just late, but practically **cold**. Room temperature at best, and even that’s generous.
The service? An unresponsive, disorganized mess. No apology, no urgency, not even the decency of basic customer care. It’s like they’re actively trying to set a new low for service standards. The staff moved with the energy of a sloth on sedatives, and the whole operation felt like a poorly run simulation of a restaurant.
This wasn’t just a bad experience — it was a complete and utter embarrassment. A textbook case of how to fail at every level. Save yourself the time, money, and sheer frustration. There are gas station microwaves with more efficiency and dignity than this place. Pitiful doesn’t even begin to cover it.

I had a curbside order and checked in. I waited about an hour. I went inside after 30 minutes to ask, and I was told the order would be brought out, but it never was. Later I was told the item was available, but I still was not served. I did receive a refund, but the communication and service were very poor. This should not happen, especially with curbside orders.
