This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. Not only is the service s l o w, but the staff are rude as well. Managers do not greet costumers, other crew members do not acknowledge you either. When this store first opened it was like the typical relationship start. Happy, loving, fun, friendly. Then after we’re hooked their true colors show. Ugly, moody, unfriendly, fake. The mask has been removed and I do not like who they turned out to be. Only difference with them is my heart won’t hurt as I pass by them eating my HOT FRESH fries from the Mc Donald’s in Brighton. It’s not like I wasn’t going there from the gate. And I’ve never had ANY complaints about the Brighton store. Well it looks like Sonic is no longer the slowest place in Ft. Lupton to wait for 1 item. McDonald’s now has that title.

Well at least Fort Lupton got its first McDonald’s. For the first couple of months the ice cream machine was down. Definitely one of the smaller McDonald’s I’ve been in and the price is definitely higher than other McDonald’s I have been in. Both times I have been in the lobby, the tables are dirty, definitely a take and go….at least Fort Lupton got a McDonald’s…lol

Went with my little one tonight to grab a happy meal and nuggets for me. The young lady with braces had the worst attitude I’ve come across. Gave me the wrong back had to go back around and let them know I got the wrong order, she through the bag out the window as we were waiting and slammed the window .

This is for sure the worst McDonald’s to go to. 100% do not recommend, the service takes forever weather you go inside or drive thru. I’ve tried to give this place a couple chances due to them just opening but after the 5 or 6th time going here. The service is absolutely terrible. No one ever comes to the front to take your order. It takes them at least 15 minutes before someone sees you and takes your order. The people there are totally rude and have no respect for anyone. I’m not sure who’s management here but they need to be fired immediately. I hate to every leave a bad review on anyone but this is unacceptable for a business this big!

They were doing well for awhile after they opened but something changed. Slow service and now their food taste gross. Worst quarter pounder I ever had, actually couldn’t finish it and threw it away. Do yourself a favor and drive to a different McDonalds.

I went in as a door dasher. First thing they don’t have any availability to refill your own drink in the restaurant.. I was in there for 10 minutes before I finally asked somebody where my order was, which was a single vanilla shake in another 10 minutes before I asked again, and finally got it… Without a straw. Terrible place don’t go there especially inside.

Terrible drive thru service. Every time I’ve gone they have messed up my order, forgot something or made me wait for 10 or more minutes for a drive-through order. So unfortunate because it’s my nearest McDonald’s but I will definitely not be going back to this location.
