Only car waiting at drive thru speaker and or in line. Waited for enough time that I almost pulled forward and someone said “oh sorry” I appreciated the acknowledgement and understand things happen at times. I had a mobile order and proceeded forward. After getting my order my fries were cold & chewy and after arriving home (two minutes) my double cheeseburger although warm was wrinkley and noticeable it had been sitting around awhile. Disappointing food quality.

Stopped in this morning for a large black coffee and two sausage egg sandwiches. They wanted to charge me for an ice water…charged for an ice water!!!
Mcdonald’s just lost another star. Probably won’t be returning!

Absolutely horrible customer service. They refuse to acknowledge people standing at the counter. Finally had to yell after 10 minutes to get them to come speak to me. And they have no sense of urgency taking 5 minutes to bag an order .

10/14/25 6:12AM – The manager on duty is so rude and has absolutely zero customer service skills. She refused to provide a monopoly game piece for an item that clearly says it should have a game piece in the app. I showed her the picture in the app showing the monopoly icon clearly indicating it should have a playing piece, after refusing to provide that piece I asked for a refund she said no. I asked her for her name and she shook her head said no and walked away, no one else would come upfront to further assist me. she appeared to be a manager/supervisor based on her uniform. I called the store after leaving to ask for the store number and they would not give me the store number the individual just kept repeating the street name, I asked for the managers name and she hung up. I called back three times and no answer. This lady was extremely hateful and should not treat people with so much hate.

This is not a full small fry! You guys literally charge two whole dollars for a fry that’s not even full! Let’s not even get started on how they are cold and dried out and unfresh. Every time I come here you guys manage to screw something up.. and this time your rude drive-through person was not nice to me all because I paid in change for my $3 meal… It’s McDonald’s… You guys don’t have a complicated job… Just do it.
