This McDonalds used to be pretty decent when they opened but its just plain bad now. Part of the issue is the design of the new restaurants. The employees, especially the managers, love to hide behind that wall. You could stand there for 30 mins if you didn’t actually bend over the counter to flag someone down. They certainly don’t train customer service anymore. Nuggets were cold, had to flag someone down to get new ones… 15 mins later. No nuggets. The manager knew nothing about it. Alas they were replaced a few mins later. Fries are cold now. Stay behind that wall of safety!

I should have gone to Chick-fil-A. Their chicken sandwich was terrible. The chicken has a weird texture. The sauce was horrible. And a large fry not a large fry. Somebody get my fries a stepstool so they can see over the edge of the carton. If you’re gonna charge more for food, make sure your clients get what they deserve

Horrible customer service. I went through the drive-thru with a fussy toddler just trying to grab some fries. When I pulled up, my app wasn’t working correctly, and the staff member was extremely short with me and flat-out said there was “nothing they could do” to help with the app.
With a hungry toddler in tow, I parked, troubleshot the issue myself, and finally placed my order: a large and medium fry with a large Dr Pepper. About 10 minutes later despite no one else being in the drive-thru the fries came out cold, old, and barely half full.
This experience made an already exhausting situation even harder. Poor service and poor food quality.
0/10. Do not recommend. Skip this location.

Our order came to the table and had an extra sandwich we didn’t order and was short the two that we did. No napkins. On top of it, the drinks had no ice and the soda was not even full. No one available for a refill. Maybe it was too early in the morning for a place that usually serves breakfast?

I know the world of fast food service is changing rapidly. Unfortunately, you just can’t get good service anymore. This McDonald’s obviously concentrates on their Uber deliveries and their drive-through window. The lobby is almost completely ignored. You know McDonald’s, some of us still like to go inside and sit down and enjoy a chat with a good meal. Even using their electronic cashier, I still waited almost 20 minutes for my food. I could see GrubHub and Uber drivers coming and going, and I could see that the drive up was very busy. When my food did come, I wasn’t given any ketchup, no straw and no napkins. I didn’t wanna yell into the back, so I just waited until another customer came in, and even then that fellow had to wait for five or six minutes until someone came out to help him. That’s when I asked for my napkins. At that point, I could see a tall young lady near the fry machine on her phone. Tapping away. That’s pretty gross since phones come into the bathrooms with us these days. I know this may be boomer. Sounds like an old foggy, but I miss the days when going out to eat was fun. Sadly, the younger generation will never know that feeling. I miss the days when you went into a business, and you felt that you were valued. We baby boomers won’t be around too much longer, so I guess, for the new generation, ignorance will be bliss.

The blonde girl with a bun is extremely rude I’m a dasher it was 11:40 she ignored me for 20 minutes trying to pick up my DoorDash order I had to get out the car and yell in the window , she was eating and rolled her eyes at me , made me late 25 minutes . & was extremely rude not the first or second time I’ve dealt with her rude nasty attitude.. Obviously like anyone, I’ve been to MANY McDonalds. This is by FAR the worst McDonalds that I have ever been to. They forget something almost every time I’ve been there. When you are inside the restaurant the “workers” do not possess customer service skills. I know the expectation here is that it’s fast food, but come on….at least try to work hard and have a bit of pride in what you do. This restaurant is obviously under extremely poor leadership and needs a makeover.

Si upset from this mc Donald’s every time I come I always hope it’ll be different but unfortunately it’s not every time I go to drive thru I always end up ordering on the 1st window because no one takes my order!! I be sitting in the drive thru more than 5 minutes while the other side gets there order!!! And with that being said they still have the audacity to pull me forward and still wait for my food and still manage to mess it up never retiring here and will never recommend this place to anyone else.

Placed my order & arrived at 6:35pm for curbside pickup. I got a notification around 6:39 saying my order was on its way to curbside #4 & sat in the curbside parking spot for over 20 minutes even after being notified. I pulled through the drive thru just for the person to say on the intercom “your order has just been sitting here waiting for you” . I pull to the second window, the employee hands me the wrong order. When I tell them I was waiting for over 20 minutes, I see them grab my order off the back counter & she hands it to me, everything is cold. Didn’t receive my order until 7:02. No apologies or anything. 0/10 service

Honestly, if I could give this place 0 stars, I would. We waited for 35 minutes in the lobby for our food!! And the staff were avoiding the lobby customers like the plague. The fries were good, but the chicken tenders were like fire starter logs – dry and ashy. I would have sent them back, but didn’t have another half hour in my schedule to wait for someone to accidentally walk up front and get caught like a deer in headlights before they could race to the back again. Seriously, you would be better off eating at the gas station next door. Don’t go. Don’t do it. You will be so sad, and really hungry.
