I ordered breakfast on 11/29, and while the food was acceptable, I was quite disappointed to find a piece of plastic in my drink. Initially, it appeared to be cloudy ice, but upon closer inspection, I discovered the dirty plastic floating on top. This experience was disgusting and unacceptable, and I won’t be returning to this McDonald’s.

Me and my friends went to McDonalds for lunch. My 2 friends had chickfila and they sat down to eat while we were ordering. There was a rude staff member who went up to them and made a big deal about them eating chickfila at McDonalds. We were intending to sit and eat with them but were told to leave. But it’s food? She did not have to make a big deal about it when we were paying customers? Honestly this lady or man I don’t even know what it was is doing to much for McDonald’s like that’s over ur pay grade. Again made a big deal for nothing. MIND YOU she was eating a banana and OUTSIDE banana. McDonald does not sell bananas.

Great food at this location always hot and fresh. The Service through drive-thru is quick but inside Service you are always having lean over the check out and yell to to back to get someone. Seems there is never enough staff there and needs someone up front to help others wise very comfortable and clean great place to eat.

I went in on 11/3. I never received an item. Due to it being a busy day for me I did not have the opportunity to call in. I went in the next day 11/4, at 8AM and they stated that I couldn’t do anything because I did not call in. I’m not sure why THEY don’t take responsibility for a MISTAKE they made.
I was respectful and ordered. At the window I noticed that she didn’t get down half of my order. And, got it almost all wrong. So now again, I’m stuck with incorrect and missing food. Service is awful.
Also, when I asked for the receipt at the cashier/first window. He stated “itll be given at the second window”. I’m unsure on how that works! Safe to say I did not receive that receipt.

The staff went above and beyond to correct an order that was not what I had originally wanted. Replacing my order even though it meant they had to cook breakfast after 10:30. Incredible customer service!

Yesterday we got the news we had to put our dog down. He has always loved icecream. When we pulled in we asked if they had any icecream and they said no its two early. Ive orederd icecream from a McDonald’s with breakfast before and know people who have as well. I mentioned the situation and the person interrupted me in the middle of my sentence. They said “No. We can not sell ice cream at this time. It is not possible. Come back after.” I can understand if you cant sell something in the morning. But I feel like after me saying im putting my dog down at 10:30 and you say come back after. You really need a reality cheak. I know there might be things that you can’t sell at times. But addresseing a situation as he did is unacceptable if its real or fake. Ive worked in fast food and McDonald’s has always been a place I hate going to because of the hostile and unhappy staff. McDonald’s fix something because you’ve lost mine and my enter family’s business as well as anyone who reads this review or here’s for me in Real life.

Such a sweet girl at the register! Helpful and brought our meal to us while we were still sitting. Which also shows how quickly the food was ready. Hit and delicious. Very clean bathroom and dining as well.
They were out of mild sauce and the espresso machine was down. But that is more manager/corporate and not at all shocking. It’s not easy being perfect!

I had a spicy McChicken sandwich the first fight I pulled out something that looked like an extremely large piece of fat. The second bite I bit into an actual bone. My daughter goes in and orders a chicken sandwich and it was raw. I have no idea what’s going on with McDonald’s but their food is absolutely deplorable and the cleanliness is drastically lacking. After biting into that horrific disgusting sandwich I have not been able to go back and I go all the time.

The blonde child manager that they have at this building is a disgusting human being! She has absolutely no manners, and raises her voice at people! All because they say they can do something and change their mind seconds later! Her entire attitude was absolutely disgusting and they need to get new management into place!

It’s McDonald’s I don’t expect much… and I guess I should have checked the whole bag before I left. But when I order pancakes I expect pancakes. But since there were two girls in food line with no uniforms, one of them carrying a small child (red hair gray shirt) while preparing food 9:08 am 8/17/2025, I should have know it would be a bad meal. No pancakes with my big breakfast WITH hotcakes. But I now have 2 butters and 4 syrups to tide me over. I was already on the road… When I called to see how they would handle this…refund or food later??? they tried to act like I was in the wrong and I should have ordered the right item. Why did you give me butter and syrup, if I didn’t order hotcakes. But I guess that’s the McDonald’s way.
