This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The chicken inside the burger was burned. You have to ask the staff every time you want to use the restroom, and even then, they often forget to unlock it, so you have to go back and ask again. Such a frustrating experience.

We love this location! A fantastic PlayPlace (which is rare!) and a special table that lights up! Neal is especially accommodating with happy meal requests! Prompt, clean, everything you want in a McD’s!

Went through the drive through today on my way back to work. Fries were good then I started eating my burger. I was driving and not paying close attention to the burger until the texture was off. I looked down and both patties were RAW. Absolutely disgusting.

Bought a iced coffee before 11 am so I could get it for $1 as the promotion says. I was charged almost $4 and given a smaller size coffee than the many times I have taken advantage of the promotion. The lady at the front tells me that a latte is not coffee. So I didn’t get the promotion. I am not happy at all with this. If you advertise something, give it to your customers. The sign literally on the front board does not show any exclusions as to what the promotion does not include. Both women continue to argue that lattee isn’t coffee and said since they use a different machine it’s not a coffee. Then I asked if I could trade the lattee to a large size of the promotional coffee. They said no. I paid $4 already, why not? They could only give me a medium of the promotion coffee even though it says any size for $1. Overall, verrrrrrry disappointed.

Got a raw QPC, which they gave me 2 free meals for. Wish I just got my money back, but I took what they offered. Went there today for my 2 free meals and they mess that up too! Manager rings us up, because they only keep your name for a month. She honors it, which is nice. Then hands me a placard for eating there. 20 mins later, no food so I go ask if it’s coming up. The order was in a bag in the window for 15 min. Take my bigmac out, and they forgot a burger on that one too. This place sucks! Took 2.5 months for me to get my free meals, won’t go back to this one ever!

Went here to just get a quick easy meal. I did a mobile order ahead to get it quickly. They weren’t busy at all. They seemed to be distracted with carrying on a conversation in the kitchen and had their backs turned while I was at the open window for a minute looking at one of the workers backs right there. She then turns to me and tells me to park in spot 1 even though I had place a mobile order ahead. I did and stayed for about 5 minutes until the food came. Got home to give the food to my family (I only live 2 minutes away) The burgers are squished and sliding to the side, cheese not even melted and just slapped together uncarefully and missing onions. Fries are soggy and cold. They forgot the dang sauce. How do you forget the DANG SAUCE?!?!?!?! Ended up making our own at home to give the kids something to go with it, probably loads better than that factory frozen lab made bs to excite the taste buds. Ive been here before and they didn’t fail this much for me before. Ive read other reviews and I’ve seen some abhorrent experiences. I’m glad I did not get as bad as they did. Still, not acceptable. They should have at least said hello at the start, followed my order with the sauce, and not let the food sit around for so long to get cold because of them being distracted by chatter chatter. I wish I could review this place if it was operationally good, but I just cannot.

Just horrible I never expected the treatment that I got today I pulled into the drive-through was going to use a code from the McDonald’s app. They didn’t even ask for my code or if I was going to use one I had to tell them myself on top of that. They were acting very rude with me. I get that it’s a fast food restaurant and things go quick, but they were rushing and they weren’t even that busy. I pull up to the window I pay my food and move onto the next window. They give me my drinks with an attitude and on top of that they asked me to park like I said they weren’t busy. I park and wait about 5 to 10 minutes for my food when I got home, I opened the package to see a sloppy mess, it seemed like if the food had just been thrown in the bag and the chicken was burnt. went back to get a refund and get my money back and the employees were rude. Not wanting to give me my money back. And they had their own drinks out all over the kitchen instead of in the back room or in the break room whatever this McDonald’s has. Wouldn’t come back disgusting behavior from this McDonald’s.

Order was wrong across the board. No customizations done on my sandwich, wrong drink, ice-cold fries, and I paid for extra sauce but got the wrong one. This has happened probably 10 times in a row at this location. Even got a Dr. Pepper instead of a Diet Dr. Pepper, so I couldn’t drink it. At this point it’s just careless.
