Went through long line ordered paid and was given my drinks and then asked to move and park in a numbered spot. Waited while they served at least 20 other customers and got back in line. Obviously upset and frustrated. Reminded them of the entire order and pulled forward. Was asked to wait in numbered spot again but refused this time. They got the order cooked and handed it to me but it wasn’t correct. Waited while they corrected it. Not one of them apologized, offered to make up for it or even looked sympathetic. I had a baby in the car and was actually running so low on gas I worried it might be an issue. Thanks for all the hard work kids! Glad all the other people got their lunches in a timely manner. I wouldn’t go to the one by the high school on Timberline. Not unless you can guarantee you’ll be taken seriously when you order.

It will keep you alive…maybe? Sadly the McDs we all grew up with from the apple pies hot as the surface of the sun to dollar big macs and buckets of fries clearly died long ago. This location tries and does a decent job but the quality vs price isn’t there. I felt like I’d eaten something that wasnt edible and regretted my life choices for the next 4 hours. Super Corporate Mc dowels would be well served to return to their roots drop the outrageous prices and serve a better product.

The app had sent me to a location in a whole different state. After I clicked my location in Missouri. And payed for the food. I had called this place 7 times that night and got no answer nor email back about my refund. That’s a great way to be a good gm. Never answer the damn phone.

I had a mobile order that I placed though the app, once we pulled up to the 2nd window they said they lost my order. They proceeded to remake my order and made my plain double cheeseburger with everything on it. They did not say sorry and they forgot my drink as well.

I have to say this location is by far the worst in the city, their employees are very rude especially during lunch hour they speak to you and treat you like you owe them something and act like they are working for a fancy 5 star restaurant. The past few times ive been there in the recent weeks ive had my hamburgers cold thrown in the box not even put together like a hamburger fries cold and thrown in the bag, they are laughing and saying things in Spanish to eachother as they hand the food over and upon returning to work to eat my food I find it thrown in the bag super unnecessary and unacceptable. So very rude employees especially the ones speaking Spanish to eachother feels like they are talking bad about a person.

Food was pretty stale, I’ve worked at McDonald’s and I can tell the nuggets had been sitting under the heater for a while with how dry and spongy they were. Mostly annoyed that I ordered my sandwich with only ketchup and mayo and they gave me a plain burger with ketchup and mayo packets. I thought “oh maybe they’re out of condiments” even still- they should have let me know at the window “Hey so sorry our condiment gun (if they still use those)” is out so we threw the packets in there” I would have been totally fine, but opened my partners burger and it has condiments on it. Either they were lazy or messed up and didn’t say anything. It’s not the end of the world just annoying due to lack of communication. The person that took our order in drive thru was nice and got everything accurate.

I ordered four meals and four treats. Grand total wait time was 24 minutes. Employee handed me melted ice creams and looked at me as if that was normal and then proceeded to hand me my food that was not fresh. Your employees also ordered pizza and were indulging in Pizza while customers were waiting at the front desk trying to get their attention. I would be ashamed if this was my business!

I first tried to call to alert staff but no answer. I know it’s busy at this restaurant, but I ordered a sausage and egg biscuit at the drive-thru just after 10:00 this morning. Once home, I found I’d received a sausage-egg-cheese McMuffin. I scraped the cheese off, but the worst is that the egg was full of eggshells. It was awful and most of it was thrown out. (Be cautious if you have a dairy allergy!)
